Thank you Clarea!
And MJ, haha, I never did either until I went on several Disney ships and it seemed like a requirement or you looked dull and your kids would wonder why their door didn't have decorations. So yeah, if only 1 in 10 do it, I may not worry too much about it.

Ahhh, thanks so much everyone! I really appreciate it!

Can we carry our own luggage on the ships? We intend to pack light and have important medicines and such with us and I read somewhere that we have to check in our baggage when boarding. Do they enforce this policy as far as you know?

Host Clarea, is this for all the ships?

Thank you! I'm assuming the doors are metal? I should have asked that first.

We've only done Disney (with lots of door decor) in the past decade and before that I can't remember.....do people decorate their doors on RC, or is it allowed? We are doing the Serenade of the Seas in a couple days, and I better figure something out quick if so. I have nothing. (This was a last minute trip).

I didn't get notification of these responses, sorry for just now getting back to thank all of you! I need to check all this out that you responded with, but wanted to say thanks first! And we are actually pretty near the Centrum on the Serenade. Oops. I thought since it was like 4 rooms down we would be ok......I'm going to go check these website out!

Just checked and no such luck! I wonder if they will nix any plans for a sale after the little mix up with pricing on the beverage packages for 2020 sailings the other day. I haven't heard an update on if they cancelled all of them or not.

How few? The ability to purchase in your Cruise Planner ends 72 hours (3 days) before your cruise.
Oh really? Oh no! It sails on the 7th. Darn, I may not be able to wait until the 4th!

I'm so sleep sensitive that i need to make sure I don't get a loud room. Disney has an entire website related to room reviews, but I can't find anything like that for Serenade of the Seas. Does anyone know where I can find one? Whether it's here on CC, or FB, or another website? It's so important, we leave in a week and I need to change my room if necessary.

Darn that's sad they don't have them usually.

This was great info to my question about the refreshment package, and I bet they may have a sale on July 4, even though I leave in only a few days!

Thank you for your prompt reply! Do you know if there is a limit to your bottled water?

Can someone tell me how you get your waters in your package? Do you have to go to a bar and ask for it and then tip? How about the sodas? (I can't have alcohol and trying to figure out if buying a package for just waters and juices are worth the $26 per day.)

Thank you and thank you for being nice :) Just a worried mama here, and yes, we do need a vacation this summer but due to medical issues we haven't scheduled one yet, and we only have three weeks until school preparedness. This is all good information here, and is so helpful!

Oh thank you so much! Great idea!

I travel with an immunocompromised child. We have been on Disney 3 times with no issues because they are constantly cleaning and have impeccable food safety standards and the food temperatures are right on point. They even have self cleaning hand wash stations in the child area! Are there any other ships that we can travel, we need to go on one in a few weeks and I'm confused as to which one we should go to. The reviews for Princess recently scared me off, talking about food temperature problems and toilet smells and mishaps....what about Celebrity?
