A reunion sounds like a fabulous idea! Would love to get together with passengers and crew from so long ago and share wonderful memories!!!

My husband and I have often reminisced about our first cruise onboard the Oceanic. We became good friends with our waiter, Michele, and used to visit him when he was in port in NY and talk to him when he was in Bermuda. We have often wondered about his whereabouts today. Does anyone have any info? It would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Pat, glad you responded. Yes I still keep in touch with Michele and his family, I often see his nephew who lives upstate New York. When did you know him, anything I should tell him to spark a memory (lol)

I sailed on the Oceanic in 1983 and had a fabulous time on my first cruise, with my new husband. We loved our waiter, Michele, and his assistant, Lelo, from Italy. We kept in touch with Michele and used to visit him in New York, when he was in port. Do you have any idea of his whereabouts today?
