Our cruise that was supposed to sail was cancelled due to the Hurricane a few weeks ago. We are looking to book a cruise, Nov. 30th. Looks like this is
now in the time frame that you have to pay in full. If I call and book, will they let me use the FCC certificates at booking or does anyone know if I have to pay in full
then submit for reimbursement. anyone have any experience with this? I want to use our FCC but don't really hoping I don't have to pay then get reimbursed.

Our refund posted September 11
FCC is probably a week away still
We received our FCC by the 6th but only like 1/4 of what the refund should be. Guess I’ll give it another week or so.

We had our sept 2 Mariner cruise cancelled due to the hurricane. We were told full refunds plus two extra bonus days as FCC. How long does it take Royal to send back our money? We are ready to rebook so we can still get in a cruise before the year ends.

The Mariner may have been the only sailing cancelled by Royal. We are supposed to get refunds. We are also supposed to get an FCC for half our cruise fare. I haven't seen or heard anything on that yet
we also were on this cruise that was cancelled. Still haven't seen anything yet. First thing I got was an email yesterday refunding some of our excursions. We had two cabins, so only one of the cabins has received some credit, bot no full refund yet. I thought the letter said we'd have it by today. still waiting!

AWESOME!! Thanks everyone. We aren't ones to break the rules. have always followed dress code and wanted to make sure
the kids would be ok. Really appreciate it.

Hi all, we are traveling in a couple weeks on the Mariner of the Seas, are very seasoned cruisers, but first on Royal. would it be alright for the kids to be in Dress shorts and shorts for dinner? We are all dressing up in pants for our formal, but the causal nights, is this a problem? They are 18mo and 4 years old.
It's been many years since we've traveled with young kids. My daughter always wore dresses so it was easy want to make sure the boys are dressed ok.

Has anyone does this excursion from CocoCay? wondering if you leave from the ship or somewhere on the island for this excursion.
Trying to play the right time slot, we have a little one that will need to stay onboard the ship during. Any info would be most helpful.
Thanks.

Hi All, We are new to Royal and are going on the Mariner First week of September. Will have a 18mo old and 5 year old.
would anyone know the hours of the nursery and kids club for this ship? We are looking at excursions and may take one without the kids in Nassau, but want to see what
the hours of the kids club are.
anyone know by chance??

Need guidance on best transportation from MCO to Port Canaveral.
TIA
just experienced them for the first time about 2 weeks ago, and it was flawless. they have hotel/transfer packages and just transfers for like $14.99 pp.
we will be using them again.
good luck!

Going on a cruise on the Mariner in September, can anyone tell me if they have an area or small swim area for infants in diapers? Looks like most ships have an area, but
can't seem to find it on the Mariner. Just looking for confirmation if they have an area for them.
thanks

If it was me I wouldn't do it. I loved Maya Chan because it was so relaxing but I'm afraid with that short of time I would be watching my watch the whole time! It does take a little while to get to the check in spot and then you have to wait until they get enough people to fill a taxi. I think you would probably spend as much time getting there and back as you would have at the beach. Just my opinion! I hope this helps!
Thanks, exactly what I wanted to know. I’ll keep it in mind for next time we visit there! Really appreciate it.

Wondering if anyone can comment on if Maya Chan is worth going for only half day. We will be on Carnival Breeze
and we are only in Costa Maya from 7am-2pm, so we are only here for a short amount of time.

Would anyone happen to have a current camp ocean for 2-5 age group for the Western Caribbean?
We will be traveling with an under 2, and want to try and plan some excursions around when camp carnival has open times for the under 2 year olds.
Thanks.

Can anyone tell me of they offer the drop off service on the Getaway like they do on the escape for kids under 3? I know they offer the parent program, but would like the drop off service a couple days for a 1 year old. Wondering if they
have rolled it out on the getaway.

Yes, you can use the Alcohol Drink Package at Princess Cays ... just like on the ship. :D
Note: The "soda package" can NOT be used there but you can get a can of Coke, etc. on your Alcohol Package at no cost.
If you do not have an Alcohol Package, drinks are charged on your "cruise card" ... same as on the ship.

Thank you!!! I think we'll be trying it out then.

Would anyone happen to know if you can use your drink package while at Princess Cays, on the island. Or is it a cash bar. Going on the Ruby in April, and it would be worth the money if offered. so trying to decide.

Would anyone happen to know if the drink packages include drinks at Princess Cays while your on the island?

Does YTD let you reserve your seating time ahead of sailing? Going on Royal Dow the first time this spring and they let you make your reservations ahead in their planner. So wondering if carnival has the same.
