Port side Lido by the Neptune pool was my hang out on recent Alaska cruise this May. Also a few tables port side by the Tradewinds bar on the aft end.

Plenty of room most of the time. Spotty service. Open all hours.

Even as a smoker, the smell from the casino was strong outside of it.

That's probably the next causality in the seemingly never ending battle "us vs them"
