I couldn't read your attachment so I'm not sure what you have on your list. Check the maps at http://www.traveljuneau.com - they will really give you a feel for the city & roads before you get here. Google earth will give you a good view of stops too. You can't get lost here!

TECKK is now affiliated with AK Galore http://www.alaskagaloretours.com/
and doing bear watching tours for them as well, so TECKK has expanded. I think Keith is mostly doing the tours for the ships that dock at ISP and the other guides handle the AK Galore tours, but you can ask when you contact them.
It's my understanding that Alaska Galore does combination tours with Misty Bay Lodge out of Hoonah for the bear search portion of their tours.
Any of the independent bear search operators out of Hoonah have more opportunity & access to finding the bears than the tour the cruise ships use. Misty Bay & the other companies already mentioned are the operators to check with for brown bear when making a port call at ISP

The vendor knows you are tendering and have given you more than an hour to get in. If you're traveling with a cellphone, make sure you have it while you're in line & have the vendor's phone # with you. You can always call & check in - give them your status in the tender line.

You might want to check http://www.traveljuneau.com it has a ton of info on the area. Check out the maps link so you'll have an idea of where you can go. It all depends on how long you're in port - and on the weather!

Check with Misty Bay Lodge - they quite often are able to offer the combination tour you are looking for & do NOT go a fixed location for the bear search.

How about for a 9 year old? (grandson) :)
When my grandson was 9 he came for a visit & we went to Alaska Zip. He was ready to zip before several of the adults in the group! Checking Alaska Zip's description on their website it says, "Remember, this tour is designed for people 9 years of age or above who weigh between 70-250 lbs."
If zipping is something your grandson wants to do, then go zipping!! It's great fun and is now something we look for when we meet up for family vacations.

It's over a mile from the AJ dock up to Mt Roberts Tram. The first part of the walk is uphill. But as stated previously, the cruise lines do have shuttle buses running to the parking lot at Mt Roberts. You might like to check out http://www.traveljuneau.com Click on the maps button on the left side, then on Downtown Map. It might give you a better idea of the area.

The shuttle doesn't go by or near where the Sand Bar is located. Taxi or rental car would be your best options to visit for your fish & chips.
