  1. Hello all. I have gone through hours of posts, which honestly felt like days, and have not come across this question so I thought I’d ask. There was a ship tour video posted a couple days ago and in it the poster had mentioned that “guests in the Haven restaurant can order off ANY menu on the boat including Cagney’s, Ocean Blue etc. at no charge”. Is there any truth to this? Has anyone experienced this? Thank you in advance.

  2. I know there has been a little talk but not much about the balcony size deck 17 vs 18 for The Haven. I have done numerous searches here on CC as well as fb and internet in general and come up with nothing.

Yesterday I bit the bullet and changedour reservation from the MA Mini Suite on deck 11 to an H5 Haven on deck 17.

What is very different withthe Bliss over the Escape, and early Breakaway class is first the ObservationLounges but also Deck 17 appears to have drastically larger balconies but yetno one has gotten any picture of these nor does anyone really know much information.

On previous Haven One Bedroomcabins the interior of the cabin is 270 sq ft and the balconies have always been quitesmall at 54 sq ft. This is the same for even the Haven on the Pearl, Gem, Jadeand Jewel. But with the Jewel class the one bedroom Havens the cabins are muchlarger. We were in one on the Jewel 3 years ago.

OK anyway per NCL repsfor the Bliss on Deck 18 cabins 18114, 18123, 1822 are all 270 sq ft in thecabin and balcony is 54 sq ft but cabin 18126 the cabin is 270 sq ft but thebalcony is 138 sq ft. NCL is unsure if there is a type of a wrap balcony orwhat but they have confirmed the larger balcony.

Then jump down to deck 7 ithas been rumored on CC that there is 2 to 3 more feet width of balcony deck space, allof the H5 cabins are the same 270 sq ft but NCL reps are telling me for my sailing cabins 17114, 17120, 17122 all have104 sq ft of balcony and the big one is 17126 with 146 sq ft of balcony. Yes,you guessed it I booked 17126 J I would love to have someone that has been in the Haven show pictures or advise on this. On another web side that shows deck plans there shows awhite space that overlooks the Sun Deck that is private for the Haven sothinking that is part of it but not known for sure.

    Does anyone have any ideas??

We are booked in a 2 bedroom Haven for the Dec. 01 2019 sailing and have been searching as well. There is a video just posted on YouTube that shows suite 17718 and yes it is way bigger. The balcony extends past the master bath windows. Just type in “NCL Bliss 17718” to see the video.

    Hope this helps.

  4. Just booked an M9 today for my wife’s birthday on the September Pacific Coastal this year. Can’t wait!!! We are also on the Bliss at Christmas in 2019 with our 4 kids in an H4. They aren’t too impressed that mom and dad get to go-kart before them. Oh well. That’s a perk of being the parents I guess.

  5. Hello all. I have been following this post for a couple weeks now, playing catch up reading from the beginning. Thanks for starting this page. It’s awesome. I have not watched a new ship being built like this before.

We are a family of 6 booked on the Dec. 01 2019 Southern Caribbean cruise from New York in an H4 suite. (I know it’s a long time to wait but we loved this itinerary).

I have a question for those who have sailed on brand new ships before: When looking at my NCL vacation summary and it shows me the arrival times to port, how likely is it that those times will change in the next 22 months? It shows an arrival of 4:00 pm in San Juan and am curious if they will eventually change to an earlier arrival.

    Cheers.
