We just booked Celebrity for next August and the last day we will be in Victoria from 6 PM - 12 AM. There is an excursion to Butchart Gardens with a Chinese Lantern Tour. Has anyone does this? It sounds interesting, but not totally sure it will be worth the last night of vacation.

I tried to start a new roll call for Celebrity Summit - June 12, 2016 since I could not find one. Now when I try to locate this roll call via the roll call tool, it isn't listed. I just was hoping that it can be found by anyone else on this cruise.

We did the food and wine pairing on the June 9th cruise. The wine was all from Wente vineyards.

When we travel a few years ago with our grandson (same last name) and his friend (~17 yo, different name), we had a notarized letter. It was never even looked at - either when we checked in or at any boarder stop. This was in the Caribbean.

We have always had responsive staff in the MDR. On one cruise, one lady had significant food issues and they brought her the menu for the next day every evening. If there were issues, they would make her something else. The table was envious of the extra veggies and subsequently had a plate of extra veggies for the table every night.

One of my usual request is for fresh strawberries or mixed berries for dessert. With the exception of the first night when I make the request, I have that as a standing dessert order.

Thank you so much for the post, this spread sheet made me feel better about getting the classic package. We definitely enjoy our wine, but would probably not drink enough of everything else to justify the premium package.

Any idea when the 2015 Europe sailings will be posted?
