Yes, try to go to El Yunque Rainforest is about 1hr drive from the Old San Juan Pier. They are a lot of amazing waterfalls.

Yes I agree with Ms411, kayaking Puerto Rico is a great company. Also you can try Glass Bottom Kayaks, they also do pickups at Old San Juan and is the only working sundays
