I too have an iPhone 4s as well as a member of the party in another room - my concern is that in order to function, the phones will have to be on the ship's network - I do not want to pay a fortune on internet charges and whatnot, just to locate someone in our party.

 

The GPS Tracking is a nice feature, though. There will be times that we all won't be together and to know where everyone is a great feature.

 

I must say that I am concerned about the "replacement fee" in the event something happens to it. I DO NOT want to pay for a new iPhone in the event something should happen.......

Can you tell me about the GPS tracking part of the phone? Just got the phone in hand 2 hrs ago and have no clue what it does or doesn't do yet LOL

What if you have your own Iphone 4s can you use them to communicate? I ordered our new Iphones today and am hoping there is someway without paying a fortune to communicate.

If that is not an option ladies check out the ablation procedure. I had that first but labs showed pre cancer cells so one month later I had the hysterectomy.

If you are showing lab result of a fatty liver, elevated liver test PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go see a liver specialist (Not a gastrologist) I knew I had PCOS and for the last 12 yrs or so was told I had a fatty liver and my liver enzymes were elevated.

I am one stage away from cirossis(never been a drinker) the fat scared the liver. My specialist at VCU told me if I had just taken Vitamin E (800 IU) 3 - 5 yrs sooner it would have never gotten to this level. I am stage 3 NASH.

Just wanted to share there are other things that could be going on with Insulin Resistence as an underlying issue. Thanks for sharing tips :)

Does the Cafe Promenade on Freedom serve free coffee? Back in 2010 we had coffee there with a sandwich/cookies at night after the shows. There was 2 free standing pots with condiments, and glass cups/saucers to fix your own :)

We have done the Murder Mystery most recently on the VOS. I wasn't that thrilled with it. I will be on FOS in a month. My question is do you recommend that I cancel now and have dinner elsewhere and go to the Welcome aboard show?

Most definately cancel the murder mystery and see the Welcome show.... Portofina's is nice but this next cruise we are going to try Chops.

Hi everyone - Has anyone done the mystery dinner theatre on the Freedom? We have not done this yet and sounds like something fun.

I'm interested to know, too. It's in Portofino?

We (Fam of 4) are murder mystery buffs and love to go to them. Sadly FOS was a huge disappointment for us. It was hard to hear them they didn't have sound equipment just talked loudly. It starts in a bar then progesses to Portofinos. The menu is set you get maybe 2 choices if I remember correctly. The acting was HORRIBLE it was nothing like any murder mystery i've been to b/4 and we've been to MANY.

The other down side was it took place during the Welcome Aboard Show so we missed that and from what people were saying it was AWESOME.... After $200 spent on this our entire group felt it was a total waste.

Hope this helps some... Of course there are others out there that think it's GREAT but you will find more negative than positive reviews if you search :)
