I was interested in renting a boat in belize city. Nothing fancy just something that we can take to a snorkel site or two.

Or a cheap snorkel cattle boat. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Hey Guys I would like to get some snorkeling done in belize, I saw a decent value for everything I want from ecotours (hol chan plus caye caulker) but they need 15 people to go. The prices seem really high to snorkel from anyone else I mean 80 dollars a person? Those are dive prices and I have my own gear...do u think I could get a random boat on caye caulker to take us to hol chan and back for like $90? Also I heard rendezvous caye has decent snorkeling but it doesn't seem like anyone goes there as I think maybe carnival owns it? Help :)!!!

Hi we are planning on going to Caye Caulker on may 6th and had the goal of spending the most time away from belize city. Our ship arrives at 8am and leaves at 5pm. We are departing from miami so i believe ship time stays on EST?. Does that mean we will be docking at 6am or 7am belize time (i heard they may not be observing DST)? it seems that the earliest water taxi out there is at 8am? and then the last water taxi we could take out is 1:30 (but is that cutting it too close depending on local vs ship time)?

as far as oct 2013 i saw tons of signs in the marketplace so i would think yes, but did not go into purchase
