Our TA works for Auto club and used to be self employed. She is awesome. She gets us the best deals, lets us know of price drops and also princess contacts her when they want to offer us a deal, such as an upsell and other deals. She knows exactly what we want. We have been going through her for years. She tells us about areas we want to travel, cruise lines we may or may not like, etc.

I agree, you should get a full refund. Recommend booking future east coast cruises from January on if you can.

Only time to visit Caribbean is from January on. After a few years of visiting Carribean in January, we decided to do Mexico. We are from California and no flights and closer to home. Don't me me wrong, we love the Caribbean, just needed a break. This time of year is never good time to visit Carribean though.

I called Princess as we have a back to back 4 day and 3 day booked for October. Princess told me we could leave our stuff in our cabin and whether we would have to disembark and reboard is totally up to Customs and that Princess had nothing to do with that. That's what Princess said, but if anyone knows different please let me know. Thank you.
