Thanks very much.

All,
Can someone give me an idea when summer (Aug) 2017 Med cruises may be open for booking? I realize the dates can change year to year, but is there a general idea based on past years experiences?

I would like to know the same.

Thanks again to everyone who responded. Excited to use both lounges in a couple weeks when we travel
-
I know alcohol is available in the CL during the evening. What is available to drink during the morning and afternoon? Can I get soda or water bottles?
-
Thanks all who responded. I got the idea we could use both via a YouTube video I watched. The person videoing referenced being able to use both. I really like the idea of the outdoor area on the 14th deck.

First time in an owners suite in a couple weeks on the Adventure of the Seas. Will we have access the Diamond Lounge on the 14th deck or just the concierge lounge on deck 9?
-
We got on by 12:30. Biggest piece of advice is print your luggage tags and attach them before you head to the port. Then use a porter when you get there, tipping $2-5 per bag. Then you can go in the "no bags" line (even if you have rolling carry ons) and you are right to security, no wait.
Have fun!
How will I know where to find the porter? Is it obvious?

New cabins on deck 12? Where would they be placed?

Can anyone recommend a good transportation company for ride from Marriott to cruise terminal
-
We stayed forward on deck 4 last summer. I liked the location. I used the stairs mostly when going up and down the stairs, but didn't find the elevators too crowded when needing them.
-
Has anyone stayed in this cabin before? It's on the hump, but I read the balcony is on the smaller size. Any feedback is welcome. We leave to 46 days

Do suites get luggage tags mailed?

Well it is official. Got a letter from NCL today about the charter. Will price protect any sailing on Getaway except next Christmas and get a $100 credit. Have make a decision in a couple weeks or they just refund
-
Still have not done anything. I think we are going ride this out and see what they offer and just push out the date
-
Thanks very much. I guess another call to NCL is in order
-
I am still conflicted on what to do. Talked with NCL again last night and they assure me the ship is not chartered and there is no issue with the sailing. I think I am going to ride this out a few more weeks

We are thinking of moving over to MSC out of Miami. The ports are not as exciting, but it is cheaper.
-
Finally called today. After holding for awhile they claim the ship is not chartered but have no reason why it is not open for new reservations.
-
I called NCL today and the woman confirmed it is chartered. She told me to call back during business hours to speak with someone about our options. Will try tomorrow
-
I did call NCL over the weekend, but got a response of the cruise is sold out for new bookings with 4 people on the reservation. I asked why I couldn't even see it on the website, and I obviously stumped the person on the line as they really didn't know. I need to call back.
Here is my question - In the past when NCL has chartered boats did they move people to different dates or just let them stay on the boat as a reservation was made ahead of the cruise being chartered?

Interesting. I am booked on that cruise in a Haven Suite
Freedom Deck 12 - Superior Panoramic Ocean View
in Royal Caribbean International

I just booked this cabin for a 7 night Western Med on Freedom this morning. I can't find any information on line after a few quick searches. Has anyone stayed in one before? Are these deck 12 rooms newer to Freedom? I was on her in summer of 2013 and I don't remember these rooms being up there. Any feedback is appreciated.
