Stayed in December rooms are starting to need updating but clean.

5 minutes walk to lots of food option. The airport shuttle was a little wait but free .

We book again for this year.

Bought FTTF for our cruise December 18th on Horizon.

When we got to terminal , the line was around the building that morning debarkation was a mess, so we walked in with Fttf to our room in less than 10 min the room was ready.

we had 1 tender port again long lines we enjoyed the perk of going in front of the line .

Debarkation we again used the advantage of leaving early, did not want to risk being later at the airport because of congestion ….

To us the price was worth it

I applied the status match from Carnival and got matched as Gold.

From what I understand if I book  9 months or more we should each get 50$ obc. 
I booked for December 2023, and the obc that shows is the one that came with the original offer, for those of you that have sailed with MSC does the OBC appear only once on board?

When I checked my booking this morning noticed:

I picked this cruise because of the aft facing cabin, that is now a guaranteed 

The itinerary is now changed, only goes to one of my ports

And the ship leaves on day early, so my plane tickets need to change...

I understand that we are in a difficult time , but MSC could have sent notification we got NONE.

We are new to MSC, here are a few tricks for newbies...

I knew I could match my gold Carnival card and get more points, when I booked got 5% off 😃, later I checked the Voyagers club select sailings and it was eligible for 5%+5% called the 1-833 was told that it applied only if booked through Voyagers club select...the option offered was cancel and rebook...risking loosing my cabin that I loved.  DH did not want that so wrote an email with picture of mock booking for same category and got an answer within 20 minutes it worked 😀😃😃😃

My tips of the day

Before booking check all the rebates off the Voyagers Club Select sailings 

When you call customer service choose French (faster answer)

And if this not work an email to voyagersclub@msccruises.ca

We bought the ferry tickets and did a self tour early in the morning, and then visited the town when we came back.

You can buy the ferry tickets at the information booth near where the cruise ships  are docked and you avoid the lines near the ferry to Delos.

We have never cruised MSC, but on Carnival could buy 3 or 5 bottles of wine at a lower price than per bottle does MSC offer this option?

and can we leave a half full in the care of dinning staff for other nights?

We drink maybe 1 drink and 1-2 glass of wine so the complete drink package not worth it for us.

I looked on celebrity web site , all I can see is unlimited packages for wifi.  

Does Celebrity offer by the minute or so many minutes of usage, I basically only want wifi on sea days .

3 for 3 on this cruise. Lamanai, Coral garden StingrAy and Cozumel elite champagne cruise .

Booked it for January 2019 (in Miami si halfway there ) cruise, never been. Thinking of using Uber and lyft to get there. This year we stayed at Hampton Inn fll North good service nice room but not sure that it is worth 200$ more than the BW

Chloe Loddo was a stand out for me, FUNNY and present always making sure people are having a good time.

The only problem with this is what if there is a price drop? Will they adjust your monthly payment? If not, that money just sits there for the next cruise as I have read on these boards that they will not put it toward OBC or give a refund to you.

the payment are reajusted to the new balance, this was done to my sailing

We are back, and yes we made it ! We did self disembark and at the airport at 8:25 security was a breeze in San Diego.
