Actually you are incorrect. If you turn up to the ship unannounced and check with the host and find you have a redeemable offer they will give you free play as it is too late to apply the OBC.

You won't get cash. You will get an OBC for the amount applied to your onboard account. Check with the host after sailing and they will let you know. If it's not there waiting for you then they will find out soon enough and you will get the amount in freeplay instead.

Royal Caribbean give double odds on all ships whenever there is a $25 or more flat bet either on Pass/Don't Pass or Come/Don't Come.

You can tip them at any other time and they would gladly accept it.
