From the Viking Crown Lounge, there is a wheelchair lift that allows access to the lower level of Izumi. There is seating on that level as well as a level above. Walkthroughs on YouTube may help you see the layout better. The deck plans are unclear in this area.
You should have access to all 3 specialty restaurants for Vision.
Thanks JetMama. Appreciate the information. Happy Cruising.

Hi Everyone. Trying to determine the layout for Izumi on the VoS for December. Looks like there are 2 levels: access on Deck 11 and seating on Deck 12. Is there seating on Deck 11? DH is in a wc and not able to climb the steps to Deck 12. Have the UDP and trying to figure dining options, if Izumi figures in besides Giovannis and Chops. Thanks for anyone who has been on the VoS and can provide some information. Much appreciated! 😊😎

Is that something you have to ask for in advance? It seems like a nice idea given that there’s a dining table.EoS March 2023: I called Room Service during Dining Room hours, stated I was ordering from the DR menu and enjoyed a few meals and mornings on the balcony in an OS . 🙂 I did identify my name and suite number. A really nice perk! Enjoy your cruise.

Used internet in March on the EoS. Pretty good time for connecting and downloading work early in the morning, from the cabin as well as other spots. Much better than a previous experience w Oasis, so I hope your experience is good. Enjoy your cruise. We enjoyed the EoS, sailed out of Baltimore.

Agreed, My DH after a MVA uses a motorized wc and is on O2 all the time. We have had the pleasure of working with the Special Needs Dept several times and have found them helpful and professional in assisting clients. As a RN, I find that level of responsiveness and care, important! Cruising has always been our favorite vacation and life's curve balls changed up how we cruise now, but we still do. Thanks again Happy Cruising!

Wishing you well with your PD at sea. For determining how much manual supplies you might need, have you reached out to customer support for Baxter? Hoping all goes well and you can enjoy cruising again.

It was in the latest update of the C&A benefits within the last 2 months and now listed on the benefits page on the website
Did just that. Used the benefit on the EN in March. Bought the bottle of wine from the bar, glasses if I wanted them, and took it back to the cabin and put it on ice. Nice for an evening end. 🙂

Paul...go for it. Since a bad car accident to my DH our cruising style has changed but that doesnt stop us. An O2 concentrator for the room(rented) (and a personal portable one) a motorized WC and a recliner (rented) to sleep upright, allows DH and I the freedom to cruise again. Our favorite vacation. I always contact the Special Needs/Assist Dept of the cruiseline we are sailing with and have had them always work with us to make cruising happen again! 😎 Some ports of call(especially tender ports) may be challenging but with a little planning, go, enjoy and Bon Voyage!

Thanks for your review and update on dining on the EN. After reading your review of the Chops Grille E. day lunch, it sounds like a great experience. Did you pre-purchase it, or once on board? Also, do you recall the hours it was available? Thanks for any extra information.

Bundle up for the entry into the CB and Baltimore. It's definitely nippy out there and Phil says 6 more weeks of winter. 😂Thanks for your posts and pix, have enjoyed your journey and looking forward to ours the end of March.

Hi All. I am trying to determine the door width for the Owner's Suite on the Enchantment of the Seas. I know the door is wider than a standard cabin but I am hoping that someone can help. Thanks bunches!🥰

You are welcome for the beads! Left over ones, about half of what I brought, went to the crew for their Halloween Crew party when we were all gone 🙂 Thanks for a great review!

Sue: so great to have met you guys. We can keep in touch by FB too. Hope your 'back to normal' week goes well! Thanks for posting this honest review and pix! 😍

You are unable to use Freestyle Coke machines with Tervis, or any cup other than the Royal cup you get with Drink or Deluxe PKG.
Thanks very much! Appreciate your answer, ! 😺

Radio...thanks for you pix and posts, They help with counting down to the 10/24 cruise. Question: Are the coco cola freestyle machines part of the Deluxe Beverage Pkg? It lists fountain soda, but the info about the CCFM says you need a cup with a chip in it? If its included, do I need a specific cup or can I use a Tervis or other type of cup? Thanks. Trying to plan on what I need to bring on the ship for sf/or zero sugar soda, I know I can ring a 12 pack. Appreciate your help.☺️
Want to rent my first scooter for Oasis.

You will love having the wc to get around. If you do not have an accessible cabin, go to the dollar store and pick up a door stop or two to keep the cabin door open while going in or out. Makes it easier so you dont have to hold the door open. 🙂 Have fun cruising!
