I checked in for my Nov cruise in August after final payment, and never saw that either.

I prepaid Cheers on my Valor sailing 11-7-15, but I don't see it added to my booking. Is that going to be a problem when I board?
-
I'll be on that cruise , and I'm curious too.
-
Great, thanks!

Can you cash $100 bills while on the ship? Last cruise I had a wad of money from the bank, mostly $20s and plenty of singles. This time I thought of taking $100 and if I could, change them when needed.

Thanks everyone, I think I,ve got it now.:)

I know, silly question. If facing the bridge, which side is which?
-
I did go there and found a few places that shuttle both ways, but I got stuck on one of the questions and can't call till 9am tomorrow. Just hoping someone here has used this transportation to hotel, port, and airport.
-
I'm flying into mco the day before my cruise on the Valor in Nov. So I need a hotel that will shuttle me to the hotel, next day to the port, then back to the airport. Has anyone done this? My flight is not agreeable with the day of the cruise, so less stress coming in the day before.

I'm sailing on the Valor in Nov and I need a reasonable hotel. I read somewhere of one, maybe in Cocoa Beach, that shuttles you from the airport to the hotel, then next day takes you to the ship. Has anyone heard of this?
-
What time is your flight?
-
I generally fly in day of cruise in Orlando around 9 am and the first Carnival shuttle is at 10am so we get to the port by 11am. On the ship by noon time.
-
I bet you didn't notice this thread is dated May 2008. Maybe you will get a response though from someone who's been on the ship recently.

I had a balcony on deck 7 and no fridge.

No price drops for 4J on the Valor in Nov. Although the price has gone up $200 since I booked.
-
I spend too much time at the casino, so 2 wines before lunch, another wine at the casino. Go back to my balcony for a read with my kindle and a snoose. Go back to the casino with another wine. Dinner and wine and I've paid for the cheers program for the day.
So anything after that is free for me. I will switch off wine later for a mojito or gin & tonic. That is my vacation mode, never my mode at home. I like to drink and think the Cheers program is a good buy for me. Never reach the 15 limit and never get drunk.

Is this what you are looking for?

4J on the Valor states its an inside cabin not ocean view.
The 4j have a wide window which over looks a walkway on the front of the ship.
It is the top of the catergories of the inside cabins so that's why I wondered if there would be any price drops since there are so few of them.

You have a very decent price....but do keep checking around fourth of july and perhaps stating in september, since you have early saver they will honor a lower rate even up to 2 days before the sailing. What is your status on Carnival and do you get casino/premier casino offers?
This is only my fourth cruise so I'm still red and I do get casino offers, not premier.
-
Eyeball around Fourth of July for sales, also from three months out to your cruise, but I wouldn't expect much if it were the week of Thanksgiving. What price did you get, how many nights I assume from Pt. Canaveral?
Nov 7 is the sail date for 7 days out of PC. I'm use to the balconys so I needed at least a window booking an interior. The price was $878, not bad for a solo for 7 days.

For me the tap water has been just fine for my cpap. At home I do use distilled.

I'm a new cruiser and have only been on the Dream first and then the Sunshine. The Sunshine is smaller but has the upgrades and I really liked it better than the bigger Dream. Next is even smaller..the Valor with no upgrades. From everything I've heard, I should still be happy on the Valor.
-
First, I am happy with the price I booked being a single. It's early saver, and I wonder if there is any chance of price drops being there are a limited few of these cabins. Also, what would an upgrade be if there is one. My cruise is in Nov on the Valor.

Subscribing!
Me too. We're going on the Valor Nov 7, but the ship will be in Port Canaveral then.

I was on that cruise too. Just a suggestion, put paragraphs in your review, it makes it easier to read:)
