  1. Thanks for the review. I look forward to the rest of it. We are just back from the NOS, we've been on the Disney Fantasy and it just didn't compare, we new it would be different and tried not to compare the two but the service just wasn't the same. We did wonder how it might compare on the larger ships so I look forward to your take on that. My DSs loved the kids club too, it seemed like they go more personal time with the staff in the clubs than they did on Disney.

  2. Thank You, Thank You!! Sherri, what an inspiration this was for me! It's going to take us 4 years to save up so that we can take our two DS on an adventure like this, and I think your TR has given us the motivation to do it. It was wonderful to spend part of my summer with you. I can't wait for your next report, I'll be looking for it. Thank you for responding to my question about taking tours away from the ones offered by the cruise company! Your thoughts on the matter make complete sense (even to my sometimes irrational mind;)). I am interested to see some of the info that you are going to post as far as cost etc. as it will help with the our savings plan and budgeting.

    Thanks Again!

    Erin

  3. Oh Man! I've been reading your TR for two days and now I've finally caught up to you! Like all the other folks I am hooked.

My DS(9) and I are working to convince DH that this is a cruise we need to go on. It's not an easy job since we haven't been on a cruise yet!

It does seem to me that private tours are the way to go, but aren't you worried about missing the ship? I've heard that they will leave with out you as you have mentioned in your TR. Did the tour companies you used give you any sort of guarantee that they would get you to port on time? I am I just a worry wart?
