Our group of four was scheduled for the April 9-19, 2021 Grand Japan sailing aboard the "refurbished" Star Breeze.  We received our cancellation email on May 19, 2020...a full eleven months prior to embarkation. We didn't receive our Future Cruise Credit Certificate until August 12, 2020...3 months later. On August 25, 2020 my travel agent received an email from Windstar indicating I needed to call them and give them credit card info for the refund. I did the very next day...response was another 7 to 14 business days for processing. We finally received our refund on August 29, 2020.

Never have I seen service such as this. Deplorable...

Our group of 4 used Dancing Bear Tours in Summer 2017 and they were fabulous.  Owner Julia is very easy to deal with.  Guide and driver were excellent.

We were on Oceania Marina's Northern Baltic cruise in July 2017. Utilized Dancing Bear in St. Petersburg for all three days. They were FABULOUS. Used Estonian Experience in Tallinn and Riga nd then on our own in Helsinki and Warnemunde. Copenhagen and Stockholm are also good for on your own. Used the HoHo boats in Stockholm for Vasa and ABBA museums.

I've posted before...but wholeheartedly agree with Nov24ember. Our group of 4 used Dancing Bear for a full three days of tours. What a fabulous experience...they posted my review on their website. I would avoid ship excursions in St. Petersburg.

Our group of four were on the Oceania Marina from June 19-29, 2017. In St. Petersburg we used Dancing Bear tours, also known as Julia's tours, and they were FABULOUS. Would not consider a ship tour. Bad reports from fellow travelers who did. We did three full days and saw everything with driver and guide. We also used Estonian (Nordic) Experience tours in Tallinn, Helsinki and Riga. They were great.

My wife Nancy and I, along with very good friends from North Carolina, are on the August 16-27 Stockholm to Edinburgh Scandinavian Tapestry cruise. We did Edinburgh to Dublin in August 2013 and loved it !!!
