We have two Cabanas booked right now, the Bahari Beach Cabana for the Day, and the poolside Cabana. There is only one review for the beach one which is not favorable, however that is just one person. Does any one have anything to add on this?

Thanks everyone. We may just stay one more day. The nonstop flights are 4 hours anything with a layover is over 7. We then have another 4 hour drive from the airport home. Makes for a long travel day so we would much prefer a nonstop flight. Travel days are enough anxiety for me as it is making sure everything is set and kids are good to go. Hubby thinks we can make it and be fine, I kept saying I think we are cutting it to close. Now to convince him!

We are cruising on June 16th to Alaska, Our ship returns on June 23rd at 7AM. Is an 11 am flight to early? Sadly that is the only non stop flight we have home that day available to us.

There are four of us, so maybe a cabana would be the answer. Any suggestions as to which ones are best? Thanks

We just got back from our trip (there were 5 of us) we rented Cabana 11, I agree it was close enough to all the ffod/activities but far enough from the crowds. I was the first one in line at the excursion dest when we boarded the ship so I was able to choose any cabana I wanted. I did not that staying away from the crowds was important to me. We were on the first tender and we actually had the beach to ourselves for the first hour. It was so nice.

Just got back from our cruise on the 24th, we had a Cabana for our day at Half Moon Cay. I would highly recommend the Cabana to everyone. The only downfall, and I am hoping it was a fluke, was that all of our veggies and oranges were moldy. YUCKKKKKKK I threw them all right in the garbage.

I am so excited to have been able to have rented a cabana for our trip in 21 days in HMC, we booked late and from day one of us booking they were sold out, I checked back every day since we booked in the beginning of July and today there was one!!!! So glad people said to keep checking in case of cancellations

So we are fairly new to cruising, this will be our 3rd, and first with carnival. I have seen where you can not reserve until you board and I know we would like one between 10-15

What time do you need to get to the ship to be sure to get one of the first reservations for cabanas??? Our embarkation hours says 12:30, we have a suite so we can do VIP check in. I just want to be there and be ready to get the best selection. Thanks much, nice when you can ask more veteran cruisers questions.
