We just got back from our Baltic cruise. We were blessed to have 3 days in St. Petersburg and double blessed to have chosen Alla Tours. Polina at Alla Tours was so helpful in her booking suggestions for our group of 14. We chose to do a group knowing 2 more would be in our group and it turned out perfect.

When we arrived we were met by guide Svetlana and driver Dimitry. Our entire visit was perfect. Svetlana adjusted the itinerary to make sure our visit was memorable. She was so friendly and informative and went out of her way to make everything perfect. The lunch stops were great- everyday the food was tasty and different. One day I left my camera at the restaurant and Svetlana called the restaurant and on her own time after dropping us at the ship picked up my camera and had it for me the next morning. I highly recommend Alla Tours for anyone thinking of tours in St. Petersburg.

I am having a terrible time on both WestQuay and Aquacars website! I finally sent an email so maybe I will get a response. Has anyone else had an issue? Have a quote from Smiths but just wanting to see if they are comparable with other transfer companies.

Searched this board fror Information on getting from Zeebrugge port into Bruges but all posts were older - anyone have advice on DIY to Bruges? Celebrity is expensive for "Bruges on your own"

West Quay have frequently been recommended on Cruise Critic for many years.

They're a little more expensive than smithsforairports, so smiths get more votes nowadays.

Both are well-established & offer a quality reliable service.

Have you heard of Express Airport Transport? I have one recommendation and their website is easy and they are cheaper than Smiths but don't see anything on the boards about them.

Any news on when port will be open for cruise traffic? Have not heard that next weekend's departures are in danger of being cancelled.

What a long day for you - did they say when they would be able to leave port?

Any news if/when NOS was able to dock in Galveston due to oil spill?

Could you let us know about the shows and times for shows on the "new" NOS? This will be our first on RCCL!!
