Thanks everyone, I am one of those who loves the planning and researching prior to a trip. I just like to be familiar with the ship before I get on.

These are the kids menus that go with American Table: http://www.zydecocruiser.net/menus/AT_AF/kids/ATKids.htm
Thank you, I have been looking online but had only found the older menus. We leave in a few weeks, can't wait. It is our kids first cruise.

Thank you, DGP1111! The photo and information posted were very helpful.:)

We enjoy getting a milkshake or some chocolate covered strawberries from the coffee bar a couple of times during our cruise. This is our first time on Magic. I have looked at the deck plans and can not find where the Coffee Bar is located. Could someone please tell me which deck or general location of the Coffee Bar on Carnival Magic?

I haven't posted in a few years, things have changed. People are quick to type things that have nothing to do with the question ask. First all, my kids are not overweight or obese. They do eat things at home besides fast food. I'm sorry, but we like simple foods. If to have fun and be happy on vacation, they want to eat chicken nuggets, pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream, etc. I am going to let them. I'm sure the adult entree you are wanting them to order has more or as many calories as the kids meal. I have said my peace and am not going to respond to anymore of these "critics".
I just wanted to know portion size! Was the size more for kids 5-8 years old or enough food for a kid 10-14 years old?:)

Wow, a little judgmental! It's vacation, let them eat what they like. My question was about portion size of kids meal, not what they should eat.

Our kids first cruise is in 3 weeks. My kids are 11 and 14, my son may order off the adult menu depending on the options. My daughter will probably want to each chicken nuggets, hot dog, or hamburger off the kids menu every night. I am pretty picky myself and may want a kids meal myself. Since they are older, they can put the food away! Was wondering what the portion size of the kids meal were. Example: How many chicken nuggets? Any information would be appreciated.

We booked ATD because we want the convenience of eating when convenient for us. Saw on another post that ATD is in the Northern Lights Dining Room so I have been looking at photos of the Northern Lights Dining Room and most tables for 4 or 2 are right next to each other not giving you much privacy. My husband (who is not a people person) never wants to eat in the dining room because on our first cruise we got seated with a group (this was before ATD and before I knew you could request a table for 2 or 4). I have informed him we can get a table to ourselves this time. This is our first family cruise and I want us to eat in the dining room a few nights. We want it to be like our family is going out to eat and we can have a conversation without the next table hearing every word. Saw pictures of the booth tables, which look like a good option for us. Was wondering how many people the booth tables hold and if they are easily requested for anytime dining? Thanks for any advice or information.
Staggered Check-in not showing up.

When we booked our cruise on Carnival Magic about 1 year in advance the check-in time was not an option. I didn't even know about staggered check-in times. About 3 months before our cruise, I received an email from Carnival to sign in and pick our check-in time.
