encourage your Mom to take a nap after Lunch and you go upstairs to the Freestyle Deck, strip down and take your pics. You see when you go up there clothed(and with a camera)it puts off the rest of us naked guys...so be brave and be naked and make sure your camera is never pointed towards us...ok bro? how old are you anyway?

No, what i meant was that one (cute ) guy sunbathed in the nude while I was there, and his friend came later and stripped down to his trunks, sunbathed and never took them off! I saw them both at a FOD gathering in that glitzy Lounge with a bar and floor show. I was sorry I hadn't visited a FOD meeting/gathering and gotten to know them; maybe running into them on the freestyle deck might have freed up Mr. Trunks only...just a thought.

Yes there were at least 2 guys up there that were FOD.

happily there were 2 FOD guys up on freestyle deck in July on the Epic when I was up there with my nude friend(I was nude too). One FOD guy was in trunks though. I was kind of sorry that I had not gone to FOD gatherings, that might have helped the 2 FOD guys to be comfortable with me(and my friend)

Hi Mike Last September I did the Epic from Barcelona, arrived two days ahead we had a blast the HOHO is excellent with earphones that plug into a panel and you choose your language so you can hear the guide describe various sites. It's the best way to see the most in a short time. Sat along the Ramblas and had cocktails and people watched, Sangria in a 1liter or 2 liter glass OMG! Just be aware of your surroundings, with the economic downturn there are alot of pickpockets but if you have some common sense about you you'll be fine. You have to see a flamenco dance performance amazing. As I said we were on the EPIC in September and the freestyle deck was deserted as was the POSH deck as we were in a suite and had access to that area, very private. You can purchase a pass for the week for that area, there is a bar up there as well of loads of sun beds and cabana type beds that are private

if a week pass for the POSH deck can be purchased and it's private, cabana type beds, bar, etc is it nude friendly?

I was on the freestyle upper deck(19)nude everyday of the cruise on the epic(Barcelona to Italy and France in July. One woman and her husband were nude together, sometimes alone, a few other guys sunbathed in the nude and one waiter covered his genitals when he turned over to lie on his back.

I'm sorry that I didn't try the men's side of the spa, hot tub, sauna...I read on this blog that it was pure nudity. I deliberately stayed away from the spa, b/c I had the impression from all of the spa ads, that it was going to be high priced. I should have taken advantage of the discount when I didn't go ashore.

I wonder what a Nude cruise would be like? probably not good for my blood pressure...but then again everybody would be nude.

Hey, I sailed on the Epic July 8 through 15 and I spent several hours each day on the upper freestyle deck suntanning in the nude each time. My roommate and I were always in the nude and there was usually an older couple tanning in the nude. There was one waiter who covered his genitals when on his back and 2 guys, friends of Dorothy, one in trunks and the other in the nude. We had several visitors, male and female, and ALL of them left once they got to the top of the stairs and saw us in the nude.

One time one or two waiters began folding up all of the deck chairs and neatening up everything below and next thing I saw an Officer come upstairs accompanied by a waiter and I thought, oops, they are coming up to tell us to get clothed. They started straightening the deck chairs and I asked if they wanted to do the same with the deck chairs we were on and they assured us they didn't that they were just organizing the chairs on one side of the deck.

I thought there were enough waiters/workers who knew we were using the freestyle deck in the nude and from our experience we were okay. I do think it would help to include the word Clothing Optional on the sign Adults only Freestyle Deck.
