    Hopefully tomorrow as it will be nearly 5 days since first amount went back on card

     

  2. Paid on 2 different cards however I have only received the deposit back on one card still waiting for the rest to go on the other card if not there tomorrow will phone them.

    This was after phoning them last week and they agreed that it was over 60 days so escalated it

  3. Just an update have received more emails today to do with the refunds for excursions I can also log on to cruise personaliser but not able to book any shore excursions yet as they are not available.

  4. So I have received two emails today one which has put me on a wait list to see if they can offer me the cabin grade.

    Then I have another email which is for the booking confirmation and a new booking reference

  5. We are also on this cruise and received the letter today also an email to say they were cancelling the shore excursions that I pre booked and are refunding me, hopefully be able to rebook some of these
