Paid on 2 different cards however I have only received the deposit back on one card still waiting for the rest to go on the other card if not there tomorrow will phone them.

This was after phoning them last week and they agreed that it was over 60 days so escalated it 

We are still waiting for a refund for this cruise considering we were given a letter on board advising that this would be within 7 days.

We also booked this tour with Alla sailing in September will be good to know your thoughts on this tour

Our book arrived today 2 weeks before we go, same reason as Tring wanted the luggage labels.

We are going on 5 march but haven't received a book and I didn't tick the box that said go green.

Still down tried to go on the site and got an error message 404 not impressed

I went online about 4.15pm and re-booked all the excursions that we were previously on, so happy that it's finally sorted.

Just checked my confirmation and can't find anything which says about remaining balance I think I will phone them to check

Just an update have received more emails today to do with the refunds for excursions I can also log on to cruise personaliser but not able to book any shore excursions yet as they are not available.

So I have received two emails today one which has put me on a wait list to see if they can offer me the cabin grade.

Then I have another email which is for the booking confirmation and a new booking reference

We are also on this cruise and received the letter today also an email to say they were cancelling the shore excursions that I pre booked and are refunding me, hopefully be able to rebook some of these
