  1. We're on the eclipse. The email we received wa basically looking to sell you the dining options trips etc. I was more interest extra pillows etc. I also wanted to see if they could liaise with shore excursion to see if they could assist.

     

    Does anyone have the email address for the eclipse concierge I will try to contact them directly?

  2. I received an email form a shore concierge offering to arrange our shore excursions and dinner reservations a couple of weeks ago. I have been trying to arrange a particular trip which is not book able until we board. I mentioned I would also follow it up when I receive the email from the Michael club concierge. The shore concierge called me today to say that form now we won't be receiving emails from Michael concierge. Has this changed? I was expecting an email form him so that I could arrange for extra pillows our minibar to be emptied and tea for our room.

    We are booked in a Celebrity Suite for the upcoming eclipse sailing to Russia.

     

    Last year was our first time in a suite and unfortunately I don't think we will ever be going back to not having a suite!

     

    I have read in a few threads about people having dinner bought from restaurants to their suites, is this still happening? How do you organise it?

     

    I don't want to be unsocial but it might be nice after a long day touring to get back relax on the balcony but still have a nice meal.

  4. Due sail 8th oct to sail on the Eclipse. two of us are in a celebrity suite.

    The other two in sky sweet. Is there anyways they can come into michael lounge, for example when we're finishing our drinks and due to go with the diiner.

     

    Can we sit altogether, and will they also have acces to new restaurant?

    I think one of the things was I have no idea of what the suites are like. Having heard about being able to get to Blu and the free 2 nights in speciality dining it should be ok.

     

    I just wished maybe they explained it a bit better when I called them.

     

    Not sure what to expect form a suite and the whole butler thing.

  6. Hi everyone

     

    Just one week before we leave on the Silhouette and we get an amended today to say we are now in sky suites 6307 and 7309.

     

    We've had lots of issues with the website in the run up with us still apparently owing 770GBP and nobody being able to sort it out so we haven't booked a lot of things online which is convenient because of our work commitments. It's been such a problem I've had to give my user name and password to the US IT department to look into.

     

    I rang today to ask if we still had access to Blu and the Perisan Gardens and was told because I was now in Sky Suite I wouldn't. The only way I could is if I ring in and speak to the revenue department on Monday to get moved back to an aqua cabin if available.

     

    I'm so disappointed they really have made the booking of this trip stressful. I just wondered if anyone has had experience of this and what they have done, or people's opinions.

  7. I have had problems with the online booking system which for over a week has said I owed £770 outstanding on my sailing next month, finance department have not been able to understand and have not got back to me. I've wasted nearly two hours in the last week on hold.

    It's now finally fixed after another 30 minutes on hold. I want to feedback to them but the only online way is limiting me to 1000 characters!

    Does anyone know an email address for customer relations/complaints?

  8. Ok it may seem a silly question, but leaving from Rome in a few weeks on the holy land cruise. To find flights convenient for work means were going with Norwegian and then easyjet on way home. So in order to keep the kilo down and make room for more clothes was relying on the toiletries onboard.

     

    So I've read a couple of post now where shower gel isn't included as a toiletry in the cabin. Can anyone clarify this? I'd be a bit disappointed if any hotel didn't supply shower gel so would not really think this would happen on a cruise but I have seen it mentioned a few times and becoming worried that I might have to leave a pair of shoes at home! :)
