We are also considering a cruise that starts at Copenhagen and would like to arrive several days early before the cruise begins. I am enjoying all the comments on hotels. Thanks.

Thanks for the input. I am curious about quality of shows, food, and cleanliness of rooms. Also since this ship has not been refurbished in a while I am concerned about some reviews that call is "Rusterdam". We love an itinerary we are looking at on this ship but concerned about some of these issues.

We are 60 and 62 and have sailed on bigger ships of Princess and RC. We hope there is enough activities or entertainment to keep us occupied. The Princess and RC ships had been recently refurbished. Also what is the age group of this ship, usually.

Help! I keep hearing conflicting reports on the ms Zuiderdam. We love the itinerary that we can't seem to find on any other cruise line but we are worried about the reviews of this ship. We like some decent entertainment, good to great food, and we want a clean ship and room. We don't need fancy but I don't want mildew and bad smells. We have only traveled on Carnival (years ago in the Caribbean) and recently in Europe on Princess and Royal Caribbean.

Will we be disappointed on this ship? This is smaller than we are used to and doesn't have the big screen tv above the pool but we really love the itinerary. Any help or info is greatly appreciated.
