Since this is a massive ship, does it feel

Like people are every where? Did y'all have to wait in lines at elevators, buffet, ect. We did the Magic in April and the lines were out of control. We swore we wouldn't take another ship that large. But we love RC so would be willing to give it a shot!

We cruised the week of 10/21 and I must say embarkation was smooth and we were on the ship before noon. This was cruise #5 for us but first on NCL and I must say we LOVED it!!

As far as the syrup, you are so right it was down right gross!!! No pancake or waffles for us!!!

I had no idea it was illegal to bring them back into the US. Getting of the ship and going through customs was a breeze. We carried our luggage off, they looked at my declaration page and that was it. I listed my purchases as souvenirs.

So Belize has plenty of stores?

 

I know at least in Nassau they have quite a few stores with them but not out in the open. I guess maybe I'll stick to the official outlet stores here if the knock offs are about same in price and poor quality :( but thank you!

Belize has several stores with big varieties. I got a shoulder bag for $25 and the matching wallet for $15. They were asking $40 for the purse and $25 for the wallet. This is my first "fake" coach purchase and I must say I'm very satisfied. They only thing it's missing is the cereal number on the "official coach patch" they also have LV an MK bags. They also have coach duffle bags for $55 asking price. I really regret not getting a duffle bag. I had so much fun shopping there bc they are willing to deal.

Thanks so much! We were there last week on NCL Jewel and we were at the downtown pier, made it nice for shopping. They will have to take a cab for shopping. Thanks again!!

We were there last week. We did zip n dip through Pirates of the Caribbean Canopy. I never heard of them but they were set up at the pier. We did some amazing zip lining. It was my husband an myself's first time so we were very nervous. They joked around and make us feel really comfortable. I jumped off the mountain like it was nothing. After doing 11 lines they took us to Parrot Beach. Very nice resort with a beautiful pool and beach area. It's a newly built resort that appeared to be mostly cruise visitors.

Is there anywhere close to the ship where you can buy knock off purses, etc?

We did some shopping last week there. I only saw one store with knock offs. They wanted $85 for a coach purse that had thread hanging at the seams.

We didn't go in every store so there may be other stores that carry designer but not like Belize.

My in-laws will be arriving in Cozumel late November on RC Navigator of the Sea. Can anyone tell me if they will be docked down town or where Carnival docks.

We walked off the ship and booked a zip line and Gumbalina combo tour in the port. At the pier there will be a line of different vendors booking tours. Don't remember the price. I think around $50, and you can probably negotiate :)

That's a bargain!! What cruise line were you on? I know there are two different piers. We will be on NCL.
