we will be cruising the Mediterranean on the Azamara Quest and are in a suite.

I am very sensitive to noise and also to cold and wanted to inquire if it is possible to turn off the air conditioning completely?

Today we geht our Tickets for the airplane……

Unfortunately, we do not yet have any documents on file, as you can see from the pictures in the account.

Our travel agency has replied (I have already asked) that the documents will be prepared this week and that we will then also receive the booking code for the outbound flight, but that the booking code for the return flight will probably not be available until the week after next.

Would think that Easter holidays has delayed this a little, but its less than 3 weeks now. Hopefully from tomorrow 🤞. 
 

Soptim if you used a Travel Agent get them to chase or call your own country contact number to see why the delay. 

I will now wait until the end of this week and then contact azamara or our travel agency.

However, I am reassured that other travellers are still in the same situation and that the documents have not yet arrived.

If you live in Berlin Germany you read this as May 8.  If you live in Berlin New Hampshire (US) you read this as August 5. 😃

As I live in Berlin/Germany I mean 8th of May..... sorry for the confusion!

we are traveling on the Azamara Quest on 08.05.2022. So far we could only check in, print our boarding pass and see our cabin. The issuance of our travel documents is missing so far.

At the FAQs of Azamara it is written that the documents will be created about 3 weeks before departure and after payment of the total travel price. We have made this payment at the beginning of April. So far, this has not happened with us yet. According to experience, when can we expect these documents? Since we have also booked our flights through Azamara, we would also like to book or select our seats and for this the travel documents are required.

We are sailing in the Mediterranean on 08.05.2022 with the Quest.
I had to create an account / register beforehand and then add my reservation to the account. Then I could see the trip without problems and also book excursions etc. 

Hello, I logged into my account at azamara.com and there I could see the cabin number under my reservation. There you will also be able to download and print your travel documents.

we have booked a guarantee suite and have already been assigned a cabin.

How likely is it that the assigned cabin will be changed? The cruise is at the beginning of May 2022.

I'm glad I asked again.....I assumed that Cunard would do their own quick test on site. 

Perhaps a service tip for some travellers - in Germany, everyone has the option of a free rapid test. These can be found in the larger cities at the train stations or shopping centres. 

Hello, can anyone tell me whether I have to take an official test certificate from an official test station with me when I leave Hamburg or whether a quick test is done on site? Thank you very much. It is about the departure from 17.03.2022

Thank you for all the replies and discussions. I am pregnant and would like to toast the cruise with my partner, but not with alcohol. 
We'll see - maybe we'll ask our cabin steward. 

Hello we are going on a short trip with the QM2. I know that there is a bottle of sparkling wine in the cabin on arrival. Is there a possibility to get a non-alcoholic alternative? If so, can I order this in advance or should I inform our cabin steward of my wish? Thank you very much for your answers.

Thank you for your answer - I expected the muster drill at the first afternoon/evening. 

If we have the drill at the 11/27 we have to be on board very early. 

Do you know if the area around the pier, I think it is the Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal is a nice area or a kind of industrial port?

We don´t want to do a ships excursion on that day.

we  are on the Westerdam at 10/26 for an China/Japan/Taiwan/Phillipins/Hongkong-Cruise.

The cruise starts on 10/26 with an Overnight Stay in Shanghai.

Do you ever had a First Night Overnight Stay? I have a lot of questions:

When will the muster drill be?

When is the all on board time?

The ship officially leaves Shanghai at 6 pm. I would like to know if it is possible to do some Excursions on that day (Self guided)

on our cruise with the voyager we had a very spacious balcony.

There where two loungers two chairs an a table- we also had our own hammock we brought aboard.
