Please Please PLease don't use this company! They are terrible. I wish I had researched them better before booking them for our cruise this past weekend. They are rude and apparently notoriously late. I paid for a carseat and there was none available. They were 1 1/2 hours late to pick us up. When I called to complain that they were late, the person on the line called me "the devil from hell" because I complained about their shabby service.
