  1. Hi

Today we are officially 90 days out on the Breakaway sailing Nov 30th. I booked specialty restaurants and Burn the Floor but it does not allow you to book Rock of Ages. Anyone else having this issue??? Will it open up to booking prior to embarkation?? Has this been the norm?

    Thanks!

  2. Late flight into MCO the night before our cruise so we are staying at the Holiday Inn by MCO. Looking at one way shuttle to cruise port the next morning, as we are renting a car after we get back.

Trying to decide between goportcanaveral.com($14.95pp) and shuttletoportcanaveral.com($14 pp) as my options. I did a search and found several mentions of both services, but nothing too recent in regards to reviews. Anybody used either service recently that could give me some feedback? I've seen Cortrans reviewed positively by quite a few at $20pp, but thought I'd ask about the other 2 since they are a little cheaper. Thanks in advance!

We just used cortrans in December. We had a party of 6 and they gave a group discount. I recommend them highly

  3. I bought as a gift for my parents directly from NCL. Arrived in about three weeks. No problem to use. Just had added to account and worked as ship boArd credit.

Could have also used towards final payment

  4. I have a reservation for Cagney's on our first sea day December 17th on the Epic. My parents are celebrating their 50th Anniversary. Is there some way that I can get in touch with Cagney's now to let them know we are celebrating this anniversary?

    Thanks in advanvce!

  5. My vote is for Riverside as well. Hotel is centrally located on Las Olas Blvd with a lot of shops and restaurants to walk to. There is a water taxi stop right near by. They offer AAA discounts if that helps. The trolley also stops right near by as well. Short distance to FLL airport and port. We took SAS transfer to Miami port with no issues.

  6. Thanks so so much! When my cousin asked me this evening for the hotel (they will be our 12-18 family members) I started wondering if it was close enough to pier. When I booked for my immediate family, my mom and sisters family, I had location in mind more than distance to pier but now happy to hear its great for both.

I called the hotel directly when I booked and got our rooms ar $109 each and dont remember when Ive ever paid so little so that got me wondering too lol

    Thanks so much!

Wow you got for a great price! I've seen them offering rooms in the $200-$300 range and up!

  7. Hi.

I have booked the Riverside hotel for our pre cruise night stay before our Allure cruise in August.

How far away is the hotel from hhe pier? Im just hoping I didnt book a hotel too far away.

There will be 11 of us, possibly 18, and thought Las Olas Blvd. would be good especially since its my sisters birthday that day but if its too far I will change it.

    Thank you.

This is my go to place when in FLL

LOCATION is awesome. We walked took trolley and the river taxi everywhere

You have to take the river taxi. It's like transportation and a tour all in one! Rates cost less after 5 pm. Tons of bars and restaurants in a couple blocks radius. We were even able to walk to the performing arts center and watched a Broadway musical!

It's a short taxi ride to the pier and was easy peasy. I believe last time there we purchased shuttle transportation right from the hotel and was easier and cheaper than taxi.

I absolutely love Riverside and am looking forward to stay again soon!

  8. I've never had this happen before but always wondered. What would happen if you booked a cabin for two but only one person shows up and boards?

I know nothing is refunded but is the person onboard allowed to stay onboard and complete the trip?

Are they allowed to embark/on board check in without all cabin passengers present?

  10. Hello Not sure which pass you are asking about the posh pass or vibe pass on other ships are 150.00 a week not sure about the Posh pass on the Epic as its tie into the Haven and for non haven guess almost impossible to get. Now the Thermal suite pass for the week on the internet site was 199.00 if you wait till you are on board and purchase its 220.00 I believe so a 20.00 savings now the massages and treatments are different prices
The pass for access to posh/vibe on the Epic. If I'm understanding right it just allows you to use Haven facilities for like $150 for 7 day cruise?

  11. It did rise from the $99 and change to $112 and change pp for the service fee on the beverage package perk. I call NCL yesterday about a reservation for December and in order to upgrade I had to pay an additional $25 and some change to cover the difference in the gratuities now being charged for the beverage package.

  12. Hello

I tried doing some research into what ports our trip may now entail. The only thing I could find is Grand Cayman is now scheduled 12/20 from 8am to 4pm so it does seem we are now Western Caribbean. I found this on the Official Grand Cayman port site. Has anyone else heard or seen any other information on Port changes?

Normally we wouldn't care but we have another cruise scheduled for March that we purposely did as Western Caribbean because this one was Eastern. Would change ship/itinerary in March if this is indeed changed to Western.

  13. So what about this situation. We have myself DH DD(20) and DD(16). We have myself and DD(16) in a junior suite and DH and DD(20) in a balcony. the cabins are one apart - 1024 and 1028 on the Brilliance. We were told that we could not book kids in one cabin and us in the other since they were under 21 and of course we would like the kids in the balcony and us in the JS. How do we do that and allow the correct person access to the correct room and the ability to use card for purchases and leaving/returning to ship while ashore??
