  1. /i was on her a few weeks ago for Western Caribean trip and had a blast. It is what you make of it - and with a med trip I think the ports of call are most important. The rooms are small, like any cruise, but it is just for showering and sleeping :)

it was very well maintained, clean, beautiful, friendly staff and crew.

I am a bland, picky eater and I ate most nights in Windjammer (buffet) and they had a nice selection of a variety of foods each night. I THINK you can see what is on the menu in the main dining room at the electronic boards near the elevators, but I didn't realize that, but we were happy with Windjammer

glad to see you booked it!

  2. Just off the Rhapsody. Was the pervasive sewer smell as bad as I thought ?? I found that RC has cheapened the cruise experience to new lows. When a crew member says that they pool their money to buy coffee at Walmart when in Tampa, so that they have good coffee in the crew area. Ketchup in McD's containers ??? What are they doing at HQ, going to lunch and collecting packets to then distribute to the ships ????? The tea provided was undrinkable, where did they find that stuff ??? The show on the big TV poolside was funny the first 4 times, but really, a continuous loop ???? Go to Walmart in the 3 dollar bin and buy an assortment of DVD's. The Sports Bar is the foyer to the Shall We Dance club, In A Hallway ???? That was pathetic. NFL Playoffs with a hundred or more customers standing in the foyer trying to catch a glimpse of the small TV. The casino dealers were unusually grumpy and sour. There were 2 stories of the house "cheating" for lack of a better term, or was it, they don't know how to operate a casino. I had a dealer move my bet, move cards and alter the outcome of a hand, That's cheating. I couldn't do what he did. The best time we had was off the ship. We couldn't wait to get home.

I was just on it from January 14-21. I did not smell a pervasive sewer odor on the whole ship - there WAS a smell on one side at deck five stairs but that was it. We just used opposite side and kept going.

I don't drink tea but was happy for the flavored FREE water, it was delicious.

I enjoyed the Schooner bar - not for football but for activities such as trivia. The playoffs were played there, on the BIG pool TV, AND in your room.

    I didn't use casino.

I had an awesome trip. Sorry you didn't enjoy it

  3. We did a ship-sponsored cave tubing (I know it is cheaper to go private vendor but I wouldn't enjoy myself b/c I would be worried, and I know their livelihood depends on it but I view it as insurance to get back to ship).

We had a great time - the bus ride was about an hour and the guides were very informative and kept us interested in their talks. The walk through the rainforest was lovely and then the cave tubing was very fun!

  4. so on my TA website AND on RCCL website there is a lower price for my cruise and I am not PIF yet.

apparently it is for one deck lower (I dont care about that!!) but the TA said he had to call RCCL because he was having trouble with it.

RCCL website says sale for only ten more hours. (saving $109 per person)

is this common? is the TA not wanting to lower my price? he said he would get to it later - I am a little frustrated.

    Any advice??

  5. Did you book directly with the Cruise line or with a TA, if with a TA he/she may have you under a Group booking and you will need to ask for your individual Booking # We are under a group booking for our July 2017 cruise, however we each received our own booking # on our Invoice so was able to register.

oh thank you so much! I AM under a group booking number so I will ask for individual one now. You are my hero!!! :)
