hi is it correct that the only place you get free coffee with msc is at breakfast
-
have just tried to download excursion programme for the above date and it is saying cruise not available to website. anyone else had any problems. have previously booked instanbul tour through the site.
-
just a query as first time with msc. have done my web check in but now cabin number has been changed do I have to do it again or will they accept pen alteration also a trip we have booked is under the old cabin.
-
have just had cabin changed from b3 10006 to b2 12125 does anyone have any comments about either of these cabins as it would appear the new cabin is under pool, café.
-
hi going on the orchestra for first time in October do they have self service laundrettes with irons or can you ask steward to bring an iron to your cabin.
-
why are move over offers not offered to uk residents as the july 10th sailing is from Southampton surely it would inconvenience people less to move if they were based in the uk and princess wouldn't have to offer so much as generally flights would not be involved.
-
just been on cruising excursions and they are not showing volos port but zakinthos which is the port for zante when you go on the msc website for the 25th oct and click on the itinerary it states there is a web problem which msc are trying to resolve is the itinerary being changed again.
-
we will be sailing with princess in august and notice the all inclusive drinks package is 56.35 dollars per day. if only one person has the package is there anything to stop that person buying two drinks and giving one to a person who hasn't purchased the package.
-
if you go on msc website the new itiniery is now showing Odessa and Yalta dropped and two other ports added still had no contact from ta or msc
-
hi we are on 25th oct cruise, we assume its being altered or cancelled due to Ukraine, crimea but msc refuse to comment
-
has anyone noticed that all cruises for the above months have disappeared and that when you try to book tours for these months says cruise not found, have spoken to msc and ta and they say they do not know anything about this.
-
If you are reading this Gavin just wondered if you were booking any of the 175th anniversary cruises. We met you on the Victoria last February and we have booked the Baltic cruise 11th may.Lesley and Roger
-
we have booked the 11th may anniversary cruise with free car parking at Southampton. have tried to book it everyday rang ta and he initially said you should be able to book it then came back and said I wouldn't be able to at the moment but no reason. have emailed cps but no response yet. has anyone else had any problems booking. I just wonder with it being part Russia that they are waiting to see if cruise changes.

if you were to bring on board a 3 litre box of wine which range in price from 12.99 to 22.99 depending on make etc. how much do they base the 15% corkage fee on do they assume the 3 litres cost 8$ a bottle 15$ a bottle etc.

hi we are due to go to tunis la goulette in march I have a strong aversion to reptiles , hissing sids, and wonder if I would be likely to come across any if we either walk around tunis or go on an organised trip . in sri lanka we went on a tour which was wonderful till the coach broke down and dropped us next to a market and a man with a basket decided to chase us down the road with his money and hissing sid and then sit outside our new coach as we boarded. sounds funny but it wasn't at the time.
-
going to tunis in march with ncl is there anything to do around port area or is it safer to take a tour with ship.

just returned from oriana cruise and although not required to take passports ashore we found that pensioners get free entry to saville cathedral with i.d. also in Malaga we did take passports here the alcazar to british pensioners is 60 cents each also students get reductions all tariffs in all languagues are displayed inside and the man on the desk is helpful. we worth a visit lots to see
-
hi we did get to see elvis and also a ventriloquist who was a runner up to susan boyle he was fantastic and his wife is a ventriloquist too the theatre gave him a standing ovation. weather was good sunbathed in Malaga and Lisbon Gibraltar it started to rain at the sailaway and they had planned the biggest sailaway picture but had to abandon to the crows nest. found the captain brilliant we should have changed our clocks twice but to save on tiredness we changed on first day and then at Casablanca kept our time the same so was another hour different from Casablanca but was told to ignore our phones if we were doing our own thing and not to ask locals the time. it worked perfectly and no one was late back at any of the ports.

just returned from above cruise which was wonderful. at every port we didn't need our passports but when we went on a trip to saville at the cathedral had we had our passports it is free entry to pensioners at cadiz we took our passports off and went to the alkazar and for british pensions was only 1.20 euros for 2 pensioners. lots to see and well worth a visit, we showed our passport to the entrance guide and he said put your money in and he pressed the correct discount button for us as Spanish citizens have an id card which they put into the machine. moral of the tale take your passport otherwise you might miss out on discounts. also if you take the ride on the old lift in Lisbon 5 euros on the back of the ticket is a 25% discount on the open top bus. hope the above helps anyone visiting these ports. we also did Casablanca highlights and was one of the best tours we had done. our lady guide was excellent and the tour to the mosque very interesting.
