For the most part you can bring on 2 per cabin at any port. If you wish to enjoy your non Princess in the dining room there will be a 15$ corkage fee.

Do you mean learned? What I have done is to tip some at the beginning of the cruise and the rest at the end.

Have been to Rome twice for 5days each time need to find what to do in port without spending the time and money to go to Rome.
