  1. I totally agree. My DH always pick the late dining. It gives us time for a nap before the late festivities. Since we're empty nesters now, we don't have to worry about getting little ones to bed. We do a LOT of snorkeling and we're pooped when we get back on the ship. The late dining works great for us. :)

  2. My DH and I went on our first cruise, this past February, on the EOS through Royal Caribbean. We skipped our first dinner because we wanted to relax, so we went to the Windjammer. The night after that was the first formal, so we went down and oh my gosh, what great servers greeted us. Ryan, our bar server, John and Sunil, our main waiter, were the most amazing ever. I want to call special attention to Sunil. He treated us like gold and was most attentive (even for some difficult requests we had). I only wish we could have him as our server for every cruise. He was amazing. My only hope is that our servers for our upcoming cruise will be as good. They will have a high standard to live up to. Sunil was the best!:D

  3. Well, my DH and I are new to cruising( second cruise coming up on Nov 1, 2014), and I wondered how the process went for sitting with the Captain at dinner. Of course, it would not matter to me if we ever got an invitation. Our first cruise we sat with two other couples who's personalities matched ours and we all had a blast every night. One gentleman was an ex-secret service agent and we got some tales out of him. We closed down the dining room every night. What fun we had!!
