    1.  If you booked with TA/Princess (as mentioned above)

    2.  If you bought standard/75% or Platinum/100% PVP (Princess Vacation Protection) minus insurance cost. 

    3.  If covered by covered medical reason - refund

    4.  If covered for cancel for any reason - FCC (Future Cruise Credit)

     

    You will need to submit a doctor's report.

  3. I purchased a Norway cruise on SKY Princess last week and had to pay in full with insurance purchased with Princess.My wife has developed a medical problem that may not be good for a cruise.Can anyone tell me what I need to do about canceling cruise and how will Princess reimburse me?

    Be careful purchasing vanilla in Mexico.   Pure Mexican vanilla is wonderful but there are some sources made with Tonka beans not vanilla beans.  Tonka beans contain Coumarin which can be toxic to kidney and liver.  It is also the chemical  that Coumadin (a blood thinner) is derived from.  So just read labels carefully.  

    We always make sure that we get the vanilla without that, it is marked on bottle THANKS

    I stayed in L301 on the Sky.  I loved the location.  I would take this cabin anytime. The balcony is angled so bigger than a regular balcony, the cabin is the same size as regular balcony cabins.  Balcony is covered.

     

    You are only a few steps to the elevator, Lido automatic door to hamburger, pizza, bar, lounge chairs, ice cream, pool/hot tubs, buffet.

     

    The first night, the door to the hallway was closed so we did hear people letting the door go and the door would slam. People hold the hallway or cabin doors so they don’t slam.  After the first night, when we returned to our cabin at night, I would leave the hallway door open.  We did not hear any noise after leaving the door open.

     

    We rarely heard any people going down the hallway.  If people talk in any hallway, you would hear them whichever cabin you had.  We did not hear noise from people walking to the Lido doors or above us.

    I stayed in first room by door deck 17 Sky Princess,it can be noisy at times, movies and band music.I did not hear any noise from retreat pool. I heard some noise when they set up pool chairs in the morning but I am an early riser.I have booked first room deck 16 on Enchanted in April  and will see how that goes

It is for the air.I requested my TA to include air and this is what I was sent.I have checked airfares with different brands and I do not see offers for 999.99 to Europe in March 24.I was told that I will receive quote next week and can refuse flight but will no longer have promotion?I am new to booking with a TA and usually book with Princess and you have many options to book flights.I will found out next week

How does Celebrity Air promotion work?I have hold in place price of $999.99 per person going to Europe next March.When will they offer flights and  will there be choices or do they only give you one option? I would appreciate any more knowledge on this from anyone who has knowledge?Thanks in advance
