    How many days until your next Carnival Cruise?

    My counter seems to be short by half a day I'm leaving in 2 days. I'm literally dreaming of the trip. This is such a big deal for us. Two birthdays and two graduations to celebrate, and an overall need to just getaway. If I take subsequent cruises will I still be as thrilled as I am now?

    O Sheehan’s speed

    Have been to OSheehan's on the Pearl,Jewel,Dawn,Getaway,Escape,Epic and I think on the Sun( may still have been the Blue Lagoon) but with the exception of once on the Epic,service and food was just fine. I will say that the best of both were on the Escape.

    I can already tell it's gonna be a crabby day here on Cruise Critic! Now does grandma need to remind you all to mind your manners???

     

     

     

    Bottom line is, if it's worthwhile to you, buy Bottomless Bubbles. If it's not, don't! Whether you buy them individually onboard, bring on your own soda, or drink water, only each of you can decide the right way to go.

     

     

     

    Now go to your rooms and don't come out until you can be nice to each other!

    Do you pay off your cruise upfront or wait until the due date?

    We usually book about a year out, sometimes 1and sometimes 2 cruises per year. We pay the cruise fare in full upon booking,then any extras,gratuities ,drink packages ,insurance etc before final payment date!

    But, my daughter books with the required deposit,divides by #of months left and makes monthly payments up to the final pmt.date ! Different methods,but the vacations have all been great!

    Fee to add someone to a booking??

    I had to add a 3rd person today , but I think the same rules would apply! Any changes,additions or subtractions can be done as long as it's before final payment date. After final payment date there's a $50.00 name change fee and appears to be a fee for all changes

    Any CAS people get upgraded with Upgrade Advantage with a comped room?

    Yes! We have a mini suite comped trough CAS for 12/2 & 12/9 b2b ,received an email from NCL for bidding on 3Haven categories. I called CAS today and was told that nothing would change my comped cabin . I could bid and if excepted I would only have to pay whatever the bid was . We received an email for each leg. We're very happy with what we have. I'm afraid if we got into the Haven it would be difficult to go back.
