We were scheduled for an 8 day Bahamas cruise on the Grandeur out of Baltimore in early November 2013. About 2 weeks before departure we decided to see if we could switch to a 7 day cruise on the Jewell out of San Juan. I called RC to see if it would be possible to switch & to see how much extra it would cost. I was told there was no problem & we could switch for $95 per person. After discussing it with my wife I called back the next morning to switch. This time I was told we couldn't switch because it was too late. Fortunately I remembered the name of the person I talked to the day before. When I questioned why I was given different answers less than 12 hours apart I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes & then told I could switch for the $95. It probably helped that the Grandeur was sold out & there were still several empty cabins on the Jewell.

My wife & I were on the 11/9 cruise. We thought it was a great cruise. I look forward to your report.
