I am enjoying your review of your trip. Just a quick personal preference question: being from the UK, do you prefer primarily-American cruise lines or does it not realy matter? Have you ever tried P&O, Fred Olsen, Saga, Thomson, etc? I have just always wondered if there is any real advantage or disadvantage to some of the package deals that Thomson has, or if P&O is liked by many Brits. Can't wait to read the rest of your review :)

I have cruised a few times now with thomsons and love them. Mostly all British onboard and they are modernising their fleet. They are also now part owned by RC.

You seem to be having an amazing time Tom. Keep blogging, enjoying and drinking that Gin lol

hi , I have booked 2 tours with the above tours as my friends have been with them and they come recomended on trip advisor, we booked jeruselam and bethlehem and also the dead sea, both tours you can pay on the day in dollars after confirming with your card. 214 dollars each for both full day excursions, hope this helps, we are on the same cruise as yourselves, ejoy !

Any Other Comments?: The cabins are dated & furniture scratched but clean & tidy
