You think you have a problem now - wait til you get on the ship and have to use the horrid app.

It doesn't work in cabins, it doesn't take dinner bookings before 6.15 and generally it is a big hassle. I don't want to have to have my phone with me on holiday so I don't want P&O to make me use an app.

If you've sailed on Azura before, you will need to lower your expectations; if this is your first time you'll probably enjoy it. Too many cutbacks in standards and service for me.

I wonder how late they will leave it before cancelling. I rebooked for Feb 2021 after this season's cancellations and couldn't get any alternative for Feb half term this year. I hope they cancel sooner so we know where we stand.
