It will probably be fine on the Vision depending on the location of your cabin. We were on the corner aft cabin on deck 7, where it didn't work.

The ship has starlink it did not work in our cabin 7652, I was advised by the IT supervisor to go to the center of the ship if I wanted to use my computer. I was able to obtain wifi on my phone, to use their app, if I stood next to the cabin door.

Thanks for the information, I will give that a try a couple of weeks prior to my cruise.

This will be my first cruise with Celebrity, we have cruised numerous times with Royal Caribbean. We have always contacted Royal Caribbean a couple of weeks prior to our cruise to have an assigned table, with a requested size and location. The contact information for Royal Caribbean is rcldining@rccl.com, what is the equivalent contact information for Celebrity. Several days ago I sent an email to Celebrity Engagement Center asking this question, so far I have not received a reply.

What is the email address for contacting the Dining department to request a certain table on a specific ship and cruise reservation.

I marked up a map to show you a little better (the link is to the map on Google Maps which lets you see the labels I put there).
Very nice, thank you!
I do not see a marked up map.

There is now a third option to get to the port besides route 440 or local streets. Coming out of the toll booths you are looking for Chosin Few Way. I believe you stay to the left for Port Jersey Blvd and then exit right onto Chosin Few Way. This street dead ends at Goldsborough Drive where you make a left onto the port road. This cuts out all the traffic lights and most of the truck traffic.
That is similar to the way we went years ago except we went to 440. My concern was when you look at the current view, 2018 google maps, it shows the overhead road from the toll booth to Chosin Few Way being worked on and not passable. They must have completed that portion and it is now passable.

We will be coming from PA route 78 taking exit 14A to the toll booth. The concern I had was from the toll booth to the port.

Several years ago when we drove to the Port, after going through the Toll Booth after exit 14A just prior to the Port we took the left lane that went up and over 440 to get to the port rather than the right lane that goes through the residential streets. Looking at 2018 Google Maps there seems to be construction on the roads we took. What is the current construction status and what is the best way to go after the Toll booth?

I am driving from PA, how does road construction affect getting to the port. Are there detours and road closures? Driving to the Port next month.

Enjoyed your posts. I previously parked in the open lot prior to building the parking garage, if you used the garage could you please provide recommendations as to dropping off luggage vs. bringing them from the garage also taking luggage back to the vehicle. How and when is payment made for using the garage. Appreciate any guidance.

All the times I received a slot voucher for the money that was deducted from my sea pass account and I inserted into a slot machine and either won or lost I received the full value amount that was listed on the slot voucher I turned in to receive the cash. My onboard credits that were deducted from my see pass account consisted of both refundable and nonrefundable with 75% of the account being nonrefundable, never had anyone comment that you couldn't receive the full amount.
-
Using your sea pass card ask for any amount of money, there will be a 5% charge. The amount you requested plus the 5% will be deducted from your onboard credit. If the total is greater than the credit than you will be charged the difference in your account.

We sailed January 20th and 28th, the first week late dining was 7:30 pm then changed for the second week to 8:00 pm due to insufficient time between first seating and second. The rolls where in a basket on the table when you arrived. The worst thing I saw, in the area where we were seated) where quite a few passengers (70 to 80%) would not arrive on time for the late seating up to 45 minutes late causing disruption and difficulty for providing service for those tables affected. I felt sorry for the waiters that had to deal with this situation, even the head waiter had to start taking menu orders and serve meals for the late arrivals. I can say we received excellent service both in the MDR and Windjammer.
I should clarify in regard to the passengers not arriving timely was on the January 28th sailing only.

You can print it yourself either onboard or at the airport.
I was hoping to get both for the same station number (southwest) and are any boarding passes printed from the luggage valet that provide the TSA pre-check
-
We have the situation where we will check two bags for the luggage valet. If we place both bags under my name and pay the $25 they will issue only my Boarding Pass will not provide one for my wife. They want me to pay an additional $25 for my wife's boarding pass. Any suggestions?

For those with caller ID what does the readout state? Does it say Royal Caribbean or something that allows you to believe it is from Royal? The reason for asking is we do not answer calls when it states unknown or is blank.
-
We were on the eastern last week and we stayed on ship time at all ports.

The reservation would be repriced if you had an Emerald discount applied and called to have it updated after changing tiers. If the original price code is available no worries; however, if it is not it will reprice to prevailing rates. The system is designed this way. I would special fare this reservation to give you the extra discount and most others would as well.
Please clarify when you say you would special fare this reservation.

We will be Emerald with our cruise ending this November and Diamond with our cruise ending with October of next year. I am hesitant booking another cruise for the winter of 2016 because of not being able to enjoy obtaining my Diamond discounts since I believe Royal's new policy of rebooking the cruise at the then current rate will increase my total cost. Since we usually book Balcony or greater the Diamond discounts would be beneficial. Am I incorrect with my assumptions.

Thanks for the clarification.
Best regards,

What is the difference between Edocs and the documentation that includes the Set Sail Pass?

When are you able to print off your luggage tags, I have already printed my Set Sail Pass.
Ships with new third Dining Time
in Royal Caribbean International
Posted
What ships have added the new third dining time. I would appreciate your input in updating the list as ships add this third dining time. Those that have, did they eliminate my time dining.
