Hi Radio! Thanks for the updates...I love reading them! I'm sailing on the Grandeur this Friday :) If you have a chance, can you let me know if they have only digital karaoke or if guests can bring their own cd's? If you don't have a chance, no worries. Enjoy the rest of your cruise!! :)

Be sure to let us know how well it compares to Carnival's beds when you get back. Either way, ENJOY your cruise!!

DH and I are scheduled for a cruise on Grandeur next September. Would love to hear any updates on this. This will be our first RC cruise, and if the bedding is that bad, may be our last. :( DH has back trouble and it would be awful if he couldn't enjoy the cruise because of a bad mattress. We've loved the bedding on the Carnival cruises we have been on.

I'm a huge Carnival fan and I love thier mattresses, bedding, etc. and we always sleep well. I am leaving on the Grandeur this Friday and this is my first RC cruise and I agree with you... if the bed is uncomfortable, it'll most likely be my last. :( But I hope I am proven wrong :)

I'm sorry that you were uncomfortable sleeping. Im going on the Grandeur next week and I already suffer from back problems. I hope I dont have an issue. :( Also, not to go off topic, but can you tell me what movies they played on the ship? I know it might change before next week when I sail but just surious if they are showing first run movies. Thank you! :)

Thanks to this thread, I canceled my Ole Town Trolley excursion and booked City View. They are cheaper and got better reviews (plus, when I took Old Town in DC, I was not impressed and the seats were super uncomfortable). Thanks for your help in making my decision! Looking forward to touring Key West! :)

Thanks for your review! I'm sailing on her in Nov and your review informed me alot on the luggage/check-in situation. This is my first time sailing out of Balitmore (I usually go out of NYC) and we're excited! Thanks again! :)
