Update…. I too will be on the Allure in November. The parking at the Port of Galveston is $168 (retail). I booked at EZ Cruise Parking  for $90.00 and they will shuttle you to the port. 

The port of Galveston is also building parking for the new terminal. It is called “North Parking” and you can reserve for November. I do believe the existing lots are too far. 

I was on the Caribbean Princess last week and the nameplate was still there.

For those who went to the Giants Causeway via McCombs, does the bus have a restroom? Are the seats configured with 2 together or 3 together? I see a photo on the website which looks like it may be 3 and that is too tight for me.

I have the Nikon Coolpix L820 which looks like the L830. It is great in low light using no flash. The hardest thing for me is no viewfinder. Looking at the screen for a photo moment in the sun is like looking at an iPhone screen. Hard for me to see and just hoping my aim is correct. I have not taken 500+ photos yet. Still on the same batteries with a package in the case. Bottom line is I like it so far!
