How about walking to The Rendevouz then taking a cab back to your cruise ship?
As others have noted here the walk is a great way to go. Cater 20 mins - 1/2 an hour and there is a sidewalk/road shoulder the entire way.
If you decide to walk and you are leaving Pointe Seraphine you will make a left turn as soon as you get to the main road. Your landmark will be a Rubis petrol station on your left.
Hang a left at the petrol station then follow the road (about a 4 min walk) to the intersection that abuts a small airstrip. Make a right turn here and walk along the sidewalk till you reach the end of the airstrip (about 15 mins)
Next make a left turn which will take you along the base of the airstrip and the Rendevouz will be straight ahead of you.
Personally I think the walk is a great option as it will get you out into the fresh air and allow you to soak up the sights, smells and sounds of the Real St Lucia.
Best of all your walk will help you work up a little sweat which will make diving into the ocean at the Rendevouz so much more enjoyable...
And if your cruise ship docks in Castries cater for an extra 10 minutes of walking.
