I would like to take the canal trip in Copenhagen. Do I need to buy ticket ahead of time, or are there seats available for walk ups? Be there on June 4th.
Thanks!

Last two cruises we pre pd dsc- did not show on edocs- no problem- requested and receved an email that showed balance of 0 for DSC. pd in full- no amount shown- that concerned me at first- but we had no problem- just bring emails- etc. with you.
What is DSC? is it the prepaid service charge?

How about the specialty restaurants, do they have a dress code?

Are there any formal or dressy nights on the NCL Star, or is every night casual when using freestyle dining? We are on the Baltics, nine night crusie

The last 2 years, we took cruises out of Copenhagen. We walked off the ship with our luggage and had no issues getting to the airport quickly. The first year, we took a cab. This last year, we hopped on a bus chartered by NCL and got to the airport quickly and cheaply. The trick is to walk off with your luggage.
So which do you recommend, and why? The taxi or NCL transportation. I've seen NCL charges $30 pp.
Thanks!

Sorry if this has been covered, but I got to page 19, and didn't see an answer, so here goes:
Is there both a green and red hop on hop off bus?
If there is, what is the difference?
Thanks!

Hi,
We arriving 13 June on the NCL Star at Stadsgarden pier. I want to go to Gamla Stan and Vasa Museum. I am wondering if perhaps buying the cruise ship's green hop on hop off bus might be a good option. It makes both of those stops and more. DH can walk, but trying not to waste steps.
Any experience with this? It's $39 each, really not that concerned with the cost as much as with ease of use and less walking.
Thanks!
