  1. We were just there last week and we just brought our confirmation that we printed out and we paid in cash. They give you a wristband and show you where everything is. We had a great day there. Have fun!

  2. We had your time dining for our cruise last week. My husbands family booked their cabin last minute(2 weeks in advance). They were wait listed for your time dining but after reading a thread on here where someone said they were on the waitlist and didn't get it when they checked in at the port but met others on the cruise who booked after they did and did get it I started checking every day. A couple days before we left it showed up as available and when I clicked on it it said they were still on the waitlist so I chose a different time and right after clicked on your time dining and then it showed up as confirmed. Everything worked out and we were all able to have dinner together. I would keep checking. I think a lot of people change dining times as their trip gets closer.

  3. I just got off the Breeze on Sunday. I'm not sure if the menu was new since our last cruise but it wasn't the one that is in the picture that someone posted. But I know that banana split was on the menu. Also, when we were seated every night my 8 year old was asked if she wanted an adult or children's menu.

  4. Thanks for taking the time to write this great review! I've just read all 15 pages. I really want to go to Key West and Grand Cayman. I definitely want to rent an electric car in Key West. I would never have even known about it. And I have to go to the pretzel place. They look delicious! I agree with you about the Carnival gift shop. I wanted to get my daughter a carnival breeze shirt. They didn't have any in kids sizes but they had shirts with flowers and things like that.

For anyone wondering about Mystic Mountain in Ocho Rios we just did that excursion through Carnival and I highly reccomend it. We just walked down the pier to a little tent and gave our tickets to someone working there. She told us what van to get in and we waited about five minutes for more people. In the van they sold water, soda and red stripe. To get to the top of Mystic Mountain you have to take the sky explorer to the top. I'm somewhat afraid of heights but this didn't bother me and the view is amazing. When you get to the top they have the bobsleds, ziplining and and infinity pool with a water slide. You see the beautiful view of the ocean and cruise ships. It's also a great photo op. The pool was great because Jamaica was so hot in humid. I live in Florida and it was like Florida summer weather but this was in March so I was a little surprised by the heat there. There are also vendors selling souvineers and a gift shop. The gift shop had good prices. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and no one pressured us to buy anything.

  5. I was just on the Breeze 3/10-3/16 and we heard that it happens all the time. We had a cove balcony right above the gangway (if that's what it's called, sorry I'm still pretty new to cruising lol) so we were sitting on the balcony watching to see if anyone had to run to the ship. We were scheduled to leave Nassau at 5pm and everyone was supposed to be back to the ship at 4:30. From 4:30-5:30 We watched over 100 people get back on the ship. I don't know if they normally wait that long for people but I think it was because so many people weren't back yet. Towards the end they were carting people back in golf carts. Some people were running and some people were taking their time. There were a couple people laughing and thinking it was funny, talking about how they were "this close". A couple girls that were in one of the golf carts were eating food out of styrofoam containers and this was around 5:15 when the ship was set to leave at 5. There were a couple important looking people and the cruise director Butch standing by the gangway. I guess they were deciding what to do and eventually we left. I can't remember if it was 5:30 or 6. People were saying that a father and his 3 children we left in the Bahamas. I don't know if that's what really happened but I was surprised that it was someone with kids. I hope they had passports and that it worked out for them. I felt really bad for the kids. I expected it to be spring breakers that drank too much.

  6. Hi,I was the same cruise and I'm enjoying your review. My husband and I were also at the comedy club when Butch came in to deal with the drunk guy. My 7 year old daughter is still talking about Butch. I went to a q&a thing on the extra sea day and Butch said that he was just leaving for a couple months and that he was signed on to be with the Breeze until 2016 or something like that..looking forward to the rest of the review!
