My husband and I cruised during Spring Break a few years ago ... a four-day out of Miami. It was easy for us to find a quiet place on deck (if that's what you prefer). And (as I am an early riser) there was NEVER a line at the omelette station in the morning. :D

Thanks so much for sharing this information. It gives me confidence to know that you feel the tour company is professional ... If your tour was well run it stands to reason that all of their tours will run well.

My husband and I will be in St. Kitts in September, and are thinking of the volcano hike. I see many tour operators offer this excursion ... including Island Paradise. I'd love to hear from others who have used this company.

My family of four stayed there twice ... one night prior to our cruise in 2005 and 2009. We loved being in Old San Juan ... and it was so convenient to walk to the cruise ship. And perfect for walking around Old San Juan, as well. The only thing that we heard is to not go out at night ... but with a bar and casino in the hotel, we were happy.

Sailing on 9/20 and have made reservations at one specialty restaurant ... but since I'm not sure about which others I'll want to eat in, would like to wait until we board. I've heard mixed reviews on the ability to walk in to both complementary and specialty restaurants ... and would love to hear specifics from past cruisers. We do not have a dining package so plan on eating mostly complementary.

I'm sure this has been covered in earlier posts, but I can't seem to find this information .... traveling to Bermuda on the NCL Breakaway and will arrive on 9/23... would like to pre-purchase ferry-bus 2 or 3-day pass so we can get off the ship and right on the ferry ... is this possible?
