All of the owners suites get free booze and mixers (and free mini bar essentially). Number of bottles depends on the number of days the trip is. Reach out to the pre-cruise concierge to see if they have an updated list (mine is from 2023), but there is some wiggle room as long as you stay within the same price point of what is on the list. For example, we asked for a bottle of Disaronno and were able to get it no problem. If you let them know ahead of time your preferences, the fridge will be stocked with your favorites. We were also able to get the occasional can of grape & root beer soda too, so the more options you give them to surprise you the better.

THANK YOU!! This was the sheet I had been looking for!

  2. We're booked in an H5 Haven suite on the Prima! Excited to see the new layout on this style of ship. One item I can not seem to get a clue on, is what extra perks the H5 has? I noticed on a Youtube video touring the room, a bottle of vodka and mixers. I've only seen that in H2/H1 rooms. Is this something we will get in the H5 class on the Prima? Anyone have experience?

    Thanks!!!

  3. As has been said above, my partner and I cruise NCL Haven for this reason. When you want "Luxery" you can dip back into the haven or relax on the haven sun deck and its amazing. The service, the peace and quite is great! When you want to socialize you can check out the FOD events and socialize at the many bars. The crowds tend to be younger on NCL ships so there is some nice diversity! We cruised over thanksgiving and being able to escape to the haven area was AMAZING! We're leaving for a 11 night panama cruise in two weeks and I expect that it will be of a higher medium age. But thats OK I really just want to get a nice tan before summer starts. And to get warm since we are also in the North east 😉

  4. Most folks have answered that they tend to get replies within a few days of sailing. A few get an answer earlier, but would highly doubt many get it this far in advance.

We sail this Saturday and I have not heard anything yet. Still have he upgrade banner on the website. This afternoon will be the 48 hour mark. I assume it will be a decline as that is what I have gathered from this forum. Oh well we are in a family haven so I'm sure it will be wonderful!

  5. I have a bid on an aft penthouse for a September cruise. Many others on my cruise have received acceptances for their bids, but they are mainly insides to oceanview or balconies. Is it typical to have the suites be re-assigned later? Also, when I do a fake booking, all suites are sold out, but on my bid page I still have the option to bid on all of them. Anyone have a similar experience?

Yes I actually have a bid in on the GV for my cruise and it was listed as sold out for weeks. Recently just reopened so my fingers are crossed!!!

  6. Yes, that's exact the same timeline we've registered on our cruise. We'll embark in 49 hours and the status on the bidding site is still 'pending'. But as you told: 4 weeks in prior of our cruise all left Haven, suites & balconies vanished over night...

I'm not holding my breath but it does at least look a little better for the upgrade now.
