Thanks everyone for the help. We just booked a full day tour with PK Travel. We are in the middle of moving and things have been hectic here, so we are really looking forward to this cruise!!

T Ashland on the full day tour did you stop and tour many places besides the Acropolis and museum? We are trying to decide between a full day or 1/2 day.

Thanks Tony Fred. We are doing a beach day in St. Thomas, so decided to try the Snorkeling Catamaran in Tortola. The Escape to Jost Van Dyke looks beautiful though.

We will be sailing on the Escape 12/5/15 and wondered if anyone has done the

Tortola Catamaran Sailaway and Beach excursion? My DH is 6'4" and broke his leg this summer so we are avoiding Virgin Gorda and the baths. We love to snorkel. Any other snorkel excursions recommended?

Thanks Ms411! That helps a lot. We're on the Escape Dec. 5th and will probably do a ship excursion in Tortola and some kind of excursion in Nassau.:) Do you recommend one beach over another? Looking for less rocky beach for DH who broke his leg this summer...

My husband and I would like to do some shopping, lunch, and snorkeling/beach on our own in St. Thomas. We would need a beach that rents snorkeling gear. Can you do this as a walk/Taxi outing? Cruise ship is in port for 10 hours. Would a tour be better?
