Thank you so much for your pictures and written review (very well written by the way). I really appreciated it. We are sailing on July 7 and I have been so worried about the state of the ship and all the bad press. I considered cancelling quite a few times but didn't, due to wishful thinking. I feel much better after seeing your photos and reading your review. Did you happen to see what Level 1 looks like ? My husband was worried that it might be too dark and like a dungeon being on the lowest level.

We're going on the Sunshine in July for a 12 day Mediterranean cruise. It's our first Carnival cruise and we didn't know what to expect. I was getting really concerned with all the bad news recently and wondered many times if we should switch to Royal Caribbean but we didn't. I am so glad that I found your review. The pictures are gorgeous and your write-ups were very informative. I'm really looking forward to seeing all those beautiful ports in person now. Thanks for sharing ! BTW, your little boy is sooo cute !
