When we were on the Seascape last January they gave us distilled water in a cup each night. So every night when they turned down the bed, they supplied us with a glass of distilled water.

We are doing this cruise next November from Miami to Rome. Love transatlantic cruises. Also love the smaller ships..

Hi, can anyone tell me if they have pickleball courts onboard the Magnifica? Doing a 22 day cruise so I’m hoping they do..TIA

Just wondering if Holland America does upgrades to rooms or bids for rooms like other cruise lines have started doing. When would be a good time to see about an upgrade if anytime is good. Maybe Holland does not do this. Just curious..TIA

Better to try to arrange beforehand. Why wait until you are onboard to see if you can stay in the same room? Easy enough to sort out now
Tried calling but I was told that I could only do it when I got on the ship..

We received 2 upgrade emails and they were not good at all. We are doing 2 14 day back to back so I’m hoping that when I get on board we can see if we can stay in the same room or possibly get another room that we don’t have to move.

I’m just wondering about bid upgrades. Do you normally get an email to do a bid? Just curious as we’ve never got a bid upgrade before.

We have done 2 previous cruises with MSC and have no issues. We’ve done 15 cruises on other lines and find them comparable but they are better priced for sure. We’ve got 2 more back to back cruises booked on the Seascape for a total of 28 days. Looking forward to getting away from the snow for a month.

Can anyone tell me if there is pickle ball played on board the MSC ships?

Thanks everyone..I’m from Canada and called MSC Canada and they told me that as long as I have insurance we’re ok. So I’m getting a credit of the insurance that I paid for.

I’ve just booked a cruise with MSC and have been told I have to buy insurance through them. That’s crazy. We have our own travel insurance that covers Covid and everything else. This is the only cruise line that I’ve had to do this with. Has anyone else encountered this?

Just wondering if you get Holland America to book your flight home, do they get you to the airport from the ship? Is this included in your booking?

Hi, I see other Holland Ships offer specials on laundry. Does the Volendam offer any specials and if so what are they. Prices...etc

Luggage tags normally become available for download at 49 days before the cruise. Check on Royal's website on the same page that you do online check-in. There should be a "Print Luggage Tag" button there when the tags become available.
Thanks...Found it...

Hi: How do I print off luggage tags with Royal Caribbean that are color coded and filled in. I can't seem to find it on their website.

We are also planning a pub crawl on the Navigator in April '17. One of the Roll Call members posted this plan. There's a full version and a condensed version.
thanks for the great response. It will really help me out.

Hi All: I am organizing a pub crawl on the Navigator of the Seas. I have never done anything like this before and any suggestions would be appreciated. There are quite a few people signed up for it already. Thanks for your help. I want to make this a fun time for all..

We have done 4 TA's and just love them. I love gaining the extra hour. The sea days are so relaxing and we really havent' had any really rough days.
Enjoy!!

I have been on many cruises but am shortly to take my first transatlantic trip. Can anyone tell me how the cruiseline provide for the six straight sea days? During sea days in port intensive cruises the public rooms, dining rooms and buffet are very crowded. Are there any ways Celebrity help to lessen this, perhaps with making dining room times longer or providing activities later in the morning so not everyone scrambles for breakfast to get to them? I'm looking forward to a relaxing trip but don't want to have problems finding space all the time. Thanks in advance for your help.
We have done 4 TA's and just love them. The Sea Days are my favorite. And there is so much going on. We are booked for a TA in November this year and November next year. We are addicted to them...Enjoy your Cruise. Once you take your first TA there is no going back...lol...

Do they charge a fee for cancellation? I know some US agencies do.
How did you find them?
do you find you get a better rate on board the cruises? I too am from Nova Scotia (Halifax) and we are looking at booking a trip for next November 2015. We are doing a cruise this November so would it be better to book on board, rather than use our TA?

Fellow Canadians should look at Medoc travel insurance which is sold by Johnson.ca. Best medical and trip interruption/cancelation insurance out there. We have an annual policy which covers us for unlimited trips of 40 days (at a time) per year for about $26 pm for both of us and DH is a cancer survivor.

I heard about that plan too and heard nothing but good things about it. I too am a cancer survivor so I am worried that when I retire my travel insurance will go up dramatically. I am hoping that it won't...

Fairly experienced cruiser here, but first time on Celebrity--and I can't figure out how to get luggage tags.
I've completed the online check-in (including financial stuff and all other requested info) and printed our Express Pass, and we sail a month from today--so we're well within the prescribed time period. Our Express Pass contains the image of a luggage tag but states that this is not a real one.
I can't find a link or any other clue how to get the real ones. It CAN'T be this complicated, can it??
Thanks in advance for any advice!
you have to wait 49 days or less before you can order. I looked for the same thing and this is what the site said.

We had a tour on the Silhouette and they showed us where they do all the prep for gluten free. It's all by itself and there is no cross contamination . It was very impressive.

We do Transatlantics and we just love them. We buy a return ticket and go over to Europe, fly home, then fly to Europe and sail home...Its the best. We are doing one in November on the Constellation and can't wait. We did the Silhouette in April and it was great...and gorgeous weather...
Magnifica vs Seashore - your thoughts?

We were on the Seascape last January and were really disappointed with the ship. We did the smaller ships an really enjoyed them. We sailed the Poesia and Armonia. Just like the smaller ships on all the cruise lines.
