We have used a site called resort for a say while on cruises. Rather than tour you can go to a resort and use all of thier facilities. The price varies depending on food and alcohol. It's a great way to do both cruise and beach. https://www.resortforaday.com/

We are in cabin 8100 right next door. I can't wait to see it.

We just got off the Gem this morning and Archie was the CD. We thought he was awesome. It was the first 11 day cruise and there was plenty to do. We also had 2 days of storms with lots of rocking. Archie added other activities so that people could fill up the days. Make sure to go to the staff talent show on the last day. It was great.

Can you pay the corkage in cash as you are getting on board?

I used American Discount Cruises. I found them to be a few hundred dollars cheaper than anyone else once I joined the site.
Good hunting.

We are looking at the 11 day Norwegian Cruise on the Gem out of NYC on 10/27. I have found a fairly good deal at an online site. Would I be better off getting a Norwegian credit card and using that to book? 2nd questions is about Latitudes I know that we have gone on at least 1 previous Norwegian cruise in the past, but I don't have a clue when. I contacted Norwegian but was told it could take 4-6 weeks to hear back from them. Does that matter for booking? Is there an advantage?
Thanks for your help.

I live in Massachusetts with my hubby. Our cases are rising daily and are close to 3000 a day. I stay in other than going to the grocery store every 2 weeks. My husband is working 2-3 days a week and does many of the errands. We are sad that we won't see our grandaughters for the holidays but it's hopefully for just this year. We are booked on a S Pacific cruise at the end of February 2022 on HA. I think it's likley to happen.
